Sunday Night Prayer for Peace, Strength and Rest | Joshua 1:9 | Christian Prayer for Anxiety, Mental Health and Sleep

As Sunday evening draws to a close, many people face anxiety about the week ahead. The pressure of work, family responsibilities, financial worries, mental health struggles, and uncertainty about the future can feel overwhelming. In this powerful Sunday Night Prayer, Reverend Ben Cooper comes to you live from London, England, bringing a message of hope, encouragement, and biblical strength through God’s Word.

Together, we reflect on Joshua 1:9, one of the Bible’s most powerful promises of courage:

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fear, worry, emotional exhaustion, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, this prayer is designed to help you find peace in God’s presence and confidence in His promises.

Throughout this Christian devotional prayer, we explore key scriptures including:

  • Joshua 1:9 – Strength and Courage
  • Psalm 46:1 – God Our Refuge and Strength
  • Philippians 4:6-7 – Overcoming Anxiety Through Prayer
  • Isaiah 41:10 – Fear Not, For I Am With You
  • John 14:27 – The Peace of Christ
  • Matthew 11:28 – Rest for the Weary

We pray specifically for:

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing
  • Freedom from anxiety and panic attacks
  • Stress relief and inner peace
  • Strength for work, family and daily challenges
  • Better sleep and peaceful rest
  • Healing from worry and fear
  • God’s guidance for the week ahead
  • Renewed faith, hope and courage

Later in the episode, we share a simple time of communion using ordinary bread and a cup as a reminder of Christ’s sacrifice, redemption, forgiveness and everlasting hope. Together we remember that God has not abandoned us and that His presence remains with us through every challenge, every struggle and every season of life.

Whether you are listening before bed, driving home, preparing for Monday morning, or simply seeking God’s peace tonight, this prayer will help you slow down, reconnect with the Lord and rest in His promises.

Welcome And Opening Prayer

SPEAKER_00

Good evening and welcome. God bless you. Wherever you are across the other side of the world, the love of Jesus Christ is with you. The Spirit of the Living God is with you. Thank you for joining us wherever you are right now. We're going to jump straight into prayer. We're going to jump straight crossing over to Joshua chapter 1, verse 9. We welcome everybody that's online, everybody across the world, wherever you are, the Spirit of the Lord is in your life, and the love of Jesus Christ is with you. Without further ado, let's just jump straight into the great book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9. Wherever you are, the love of Jesus Christ is with you. Father, we come before you in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, we just pray for the love of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit, Lord, just to touch our hearts, our minds and our bodies and our souls. And Lord, we believe in miracles. Lord, we believe in the power of your word. And Lord, tonight we just pray that the Spirit of the Lord will just touch hearts and minds wherever we are across this world. That the glory of God and the presence of God and your grace and your favor will just descend upon this earth. But Lord, we believe that you are calling us to rest and to be still in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. So Lord, we ask you that you'll touch our hearts, our minds, our bodies and our souls on this Sunday evening at 24 minutes past nine on this beautiful Sunday evening. Lord, we pray that the love of Jesus, the Spirit of the Living God, will touch hearts, Lord, wherever we are, that you will just bring rest in your presence, Lord. Father, we thank you for the great love of God. But right now, Lord, wherever we are, we need that Joshua 1 verse 9. Father, we come before you. And Lord, as we settle into this prayer night, as we settle into the rhythm of prayer, Lord, we thank you for the power and the love of Jesus. We thank you for your hand that's over our lives. We thank you for your goodness, your mercy, and your grace, Lord. We just pray that you'll just bless us from the crown of our head to the very sole of our feet. Lord, that we will be strong and courageous. So, Lord, we thank you for the great book of Joshua. We thank you that the power of the Word of God is setting the captives free tonight, Lord, that there is freedom in the name of Jesus. And Lord, we just pray for an outpoint of your spirit. Lord, as we just said, as we settle down, Lord, as we just gather our thoughts and as we just take a moment to be still and know that you are God. Father, we pray that we will be strong and we will be courageous, that we will feel the love of Jesus in our hearts and our minds and our bodies and our souls. Lord, that you will just refresh us and restore us. Lord, will you just touch our hearts right now? That the Spirit of the living God will just refresh hearts and bodies and minds as we just settle ourselves in, dear God, at 25 minutes past nine on Sunday the 7th, Lord, as we just pray out live from London, England, wherever we are, we just thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit is over our lives. Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in your word, we believe in your presence. And right now, Lord, as the Holy Spirit just moves across this earth, we pray that we'll be strong and we will be courageous. That your love and your grace will just descend right now, Lord. That you will help us to be strong. For the Lord thy God is with you wherever you go. Father, we thank you that you never leave us nor forsake us. That you're with us to the very end of this age. Dear God, that you're with us. Lord, that you never leave us in any situation. Lord, that you walk with us strong and in your presence and in your glory. And Father, we thank you that there is favor over our lives. We thank you that your mercy and your presence is with each and every one of us. And Lord, as we trust in the Lord with all of our heart and we lean not on our own understanding, Lord, tonight we pray that you will make our pathway straight, that we will feel the love of Jesus and your presence, Lord, and your grace. Holy Spirit, just come down, Lord, and refresh this nation, this land, this planet, Lord, this earth, wherever we are. Father, we thank you that the goodness of God is over our lives. Lord, that you will just bless us, protect us and carry us, and that we will feel the love of God and the presence of God. So Lord, as we pray through Joshua 1 verse 9, help us to be strong and courageous. For the Lord thy God is with you wherever you go. So Lord, we thank you that you never leave us nor forsake us, that you're with us to the very end of this age, that the power of God and the love of God, the Spirit of God, your presence will never leave us, Lord. So Lord, we ask you for everyone under the sound of my voice that you will bless us, enrich us and carry us, Lord. That your presence, Lord, will just carry us wherever we are, that the Spirit of the living God will just touch hearts, minds, and bodies and souls tonight, Lord. That you will enrich our

lives, Lord, wherever we are. Spirit, come, Holy Spirit, Lord, we pray that favor will descend, that your mercy will come down, that your presence, Lord, will lift us. Lord, that you will just carry us, Lord, in the greatest name in heaven and earth, that at the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow on the earth, under the earth, through the earth, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, so Father. Whatever is going on in the circle of our life, whatever is going on across this earth, whatever and however, Lord, and whatever may be going on in our spirit, our mind, Lord, our focus, Lord, will you strengthen us tonight, Lord? Will you just bring your glory and your love to each and every one of us? Lord, we thank you as we just gently roll through Psalms 46, verse 1. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Father, we thank you that you're always there with us, that you never leave us nor forsake us, that you're with us to the very end of this age. But Lord, we pray against panic and fear and doubt and worry that you will just strengthen each and every one of us, that fear will go, that doubt will go, that your presence, Lord, will just carry us wherever we are tonight, that you are a good God, and we trust in the Lord with all of our heart, and we will not lean on our own understanding. Lord, but in all of our ways, Lord, will you just protect us and carry us? That the love of God and favor will just descend over our hearts tonight. Lord, we need your presence. You are a good God, and we need your mercy, your grace. So, Father, we thank you that there is favor, that there is power, that your mercy is just resting over each and every one of us. But Lord, tonight, will you help us, Lord, whatever nation we live in, whatever language we speak, whatever the rhythm of our life is, tonight, Lord, just touch down from heaven's glory and strengthen us across the earth. Lord, that your favor will just penetrate our hearts and our minds, Lord, that we will trust in the Lord with all of our heart, that we won't lean on our own understanding, but in all of our ways you will make our path straight, Lord. That we will see the goodness of God, that we will see the favor of God, the power of God, the anointing of God, that you will just touch us, Lord, strengthen us, enrich our lives. Holy Spirit, whatever life looks like, we pray that your mercy will descend. That your presence, Lord, will just capture us, that we will see the goodness of God. Holy Spirit, Lord, we need you in our lives. You are, dear God, the first and the last. You are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom, and Lord, we just pray tonight that your grace and your favor will just descend on each and every one of us. Lord, wherever we are, whatever is going on across the earth, we need favor. We need your grace. We need your love tonight, Lord. And Father, we thank you as we look across those candles, Lord, as we see, Lord, that light gently burning, Lord. We thank you that Jesus Christ is the light of the world, that you are the great I am. Holy Spirit, Lord, will you just touch us and refresh us? Restore us, Lord. Carry us, Lord, across this earth. But Lord, as we prepare for another week, as it is another Sunday evening, Lord, will you just give us stability? Will you carry us, Lord? Lord, we pray that favor will descend across this earth. That your grace and your mercy will just come around, Lord. That the Spirit of the Lord will just touch our hearts. We need you, Lord, in every corner, every area of our lives, Lord. We need the love of God. Lord, we need to trust in Jesus like never before. Holy Spirit, we pray for everybody that's listening to the sound of my voice. That your goodness and favor, Lord, will just carry us through. That you will help us, Lord, in every corner of our life, that your mercy and your grace will just descend over us tonight, Lord, wherever we are. At 31 minutes past nine, Lord, we thank you that there is love, there is grace, there is favor. The Lord, that you never leave us nor forsake us, but Lord, we pray for sickness and disease. We pray for fear, we pray for mental health tonight, Lord, that your grace will just touch our hearts, Lord. You are worthy of all praise. You are Jehovah Jairah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. And as we just rest into this prayer rhythm tonight, Lord, as we just rest in the arms of Christ, Lord, we thank you that the love of God is over our hearts and minds, Lord. And will you just touch everybody online, Lord? Strengthen us and carry us. Lord, we pray that panic attacks will go, that fear will go, that doubt will go, that your grace, Lord, will bring peace to our hearts. We pray for peace tonight, Lord, that peace will just bring favor and healing and miracles and your mercy. So, Lord, as we pray through Joshua 1 verse 9, help us to be strong and courageous. For the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. Father, we thank you that on the way to work you're with us, on the way to school you're with us, Lord. In every corner of our life, the love of God is with us, that you never leave us nor forsake us. Lord, I pray, for your grace will just descend, that you'll help us to be strong, that you'll help us to be courageous, that the Spirit of the Lord will carry us through work, through home, through every area of our lives, that your mercy will descend in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Lord, breathe over us tonight. Lord, just penetrate our hearts tonight. Bring hope, bring peace, bring your glory, Lord. Let your love just refresh us and restore us. Father, we thank you that we are found in the presence of Jesus. And wherever we crisscross the world, whatever our life looks like, Lord, we pray that the love of God and the Spirit of God will just carry us right now,

God Our Refuge In Trouble

Lord. So, Lord, we come before you and we say, Holy Spirit, help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and lean not on our own understanding but in all our ways to acknowledge you. Acknowledge you, dear God, in the mountains, in the valleys, in the peaks, in the low points, in the high points of life, Lord. Lord, that we will just come to Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Savior, and we will see the goodness of God and favor will be over our lives. Father, we thank you that the power of God is resting over us, that the Spirit of the Lord is with us. So, Lord, we just thank you for your mercy and your grace. Holy Spirit, strengthen us wherever we are, Lord. Let favor descend on each and every one of us, Lord. Let favor just descend on our hearts and our minds tonight, Lord. Bring calmness and bring peace, Lord. Let your mercy, Father God, just rest over each and every one of us. So, Lord, as we lean into the power of the word of God, Lord, we need healing tonight. We need your presence. We need your glory, Lord. Lord, we need your favor over our lives. Lord, you've got to touch our hearts tonight, Lord. Father, you've got to bring the word, Lord, to our spirit. Lord, you've got to increase your glory, Lord, wherever we are. Spirit of the living God, let there be favor. Let your heart, dear God, capture our heart tonight, Lord. Let your presence, Lord, just refresh us and restore us wherever we are. Spirit of the living God. We call on the name of Jesus. Father, there's nowhere else to go. Lord, we can't go into the way of the world. We can't capture the rhythm of the world. Lord, you tell us, do not conform to the pattern of the world, but have your mind transformed. Holy Spirit, we pray that we will see the love of God and the favor of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit. So tonight, Lord, wherever we are, as we crisscross the world, Lord, as the clock starts to tick, Lord, as the time starts to gallop away, Lord, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. Live from London, England, we just pray that the power of God will touch hearts, minds, bodies, and souls as we look at the candles. Lord, help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart, because you will make our path straight, Lord. Help us to surrender, help us to let go of baggage. Lord, the prayer list is long, it's wide, it is deep, it is far, Lord. Lord, we come to you, Lord, with brokenness, with worries and feeling scared and uncertain about life. And Lord, we need the love of Jesus in our hearts, our minds, in our bodies and our souls. And whatever the temperature is, Lord, whatever the environment may be, Lord, whatever the political persuasion may be of the nation, Father, we pray that we won't lean into what the world is doing, Lord, but we will just come to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. You are the great I am. You are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. And Lord, we thank you that the power of the Word of God is over our heart tonight, Lord, that the Spirit of the Lord is leading us. So Lord, will you lead us? Will you carry us, Lord? Just in the rawness of this prayer night, just dear God, in this moment, Lord, as we capture the rhythm of heaven, Lord, I pray for those that are scared about going to work tomorrow. Those that are worried, dear God, about getting on the commute run, back to school, back to the rhythm of life. Holy Spirit, we pray for such an outpouring of your love and your grace, Lord, that we will see favor and your mercy will descend over each and every one of us, that your presence will carry us, Lord. Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit. But right now, Lord, will you penetrate our hearts, Lord, with your love and your grace? Lord, will you descend right now, Lord? Holy Spirit, Lord, across every area of life, every language, every tribe, every color, Lord, every rhythm of life. We need Jesus. So Lord, call us. Draw us, Lord, each and every one of us, so that we will walk closer with you, Lord, so that we will walk deeper in the kingdom of God, that we will walk in the promises. The promises are yes and amen. And Father, we thank you that we are found in the book of Joshua 1 9. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. Father, we thank you that you are leading us in new pastures, new beginnings. You are the good shepherd. So, Lord, as we lean into Jesus, as we walk with Jesus, as Lord, we are looking for a way forward. We are looking, dear God, to be able to walk by faith, to live by faith, to live our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we pray that your word will come alive in our spirit. And for all those that feel really anxious tonight, all those that feel really scared and worried, Lord, that you will bring freedom in the name of Jesus. Lord, that freedom will abound and your love and your grace, Lord, will just touch hearts. Father, we thank you that your goodness is descending on each and every one of us. That your favor and your mercy, Lord, that right now, Lord, Holy Spirit, Lord, will you transform lives? Lord, we need a transformation. Lord, we need to lean into Jesus. Lord, we need to walk with you, Lord, like never before. Father, we just gotta press into the word. So tonight, Lord, wherever we are across this world, bring your mercy, bring your grace. Father, enrich our lives. So Lord, as we pray through Joshua 1-9, Lord, help us to be strong and courageous. Because Lord, the world is very fierce and very scary. And Lord, as we look at the candles, Father, we thank you for the power of prayer. You are Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Shalom. You are the Lion of David. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You are the restorer. You are the healer. Father, we thank you that the love of God is over our lives. And as you are the Lion of Judah, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, you are the great I am. And Lord, we just pause. We take it steady right now, Lord. And we don't rush. And we just say, Lord, help us sleep. Because we're tired and we're weary. Lord, and we need your favor. And Lord, we're struggling tonight, Lord. We got fears and worries and doubts, Lord. We're unsure about certain things in our lives, and we need your protection, Lord, as we get ready, Lord, to sleep, as we get ready for a new day tomorrow, whatever the time zone is, whatever the rhythm is, whatever the hour may be, Lord, we pray that you will lead us, Lord, in paths of righteousness for your namesake. Lord, that you will strengthen each and every one of us, that your goodness and your grace will touch our hearts and our minds tonight. So Father, wherever we are across this world, Lord, we pray that your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. So Lord, let grace abound, let your mercy abound, Spirit of the living God. We're looking for favor tonight,

Peace For Anxiety And Mental Health

Lord. We're looking for favor. We need the hand of God. Lord, we've got to sleep well tonight, Lord. We've got to get up for work. We've got the rhythm of Monday. Lord, we got a long stretch ahead of us, Lord. There's a busy day coming tomorrow, Lord. We've got to get to school, we've got to get to work. Wherever we are, Lord, whatever this time zone is now, Father, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit, that your grace and your mercy, Lord, as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, Father, we thank you for Psalm 23, that the Lord is my shepherd and he refreshes my soul, he guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Please, God, as we walk through the valley, as we're unsure, not quite ahead of ourselves yet, Lord, that we're one step behind, Lord. And dear God, I pray that the love of God, as we try, dear God, to live our lives by faith, Lord, we don't want to be one step ahead of you because so often, Lord, we get a step of ahead of ourselves, we get in front of ourselves, Lord, and we don't want to be in front of ourselves, Lord. Living life so fast, Lord, so much going on. Lord, we want to walk with Jesus. And right now, Lord, I pray that the love of God and the Spirit of God and favor will just descend on each and every one of us. Let your mercy just rain down tonight, Lord. Let your love just carry us wherever we are across this world. Father, we thank you that your grace, your love, and your favor, there is healing tonight, Lord. Mental health is being healed tonight. Father, we thank you that peace and calm is over our hearts today. Whatever the hour is, Lord, at 9.43 live here in London, England, as we pray through, as we stretch out, as we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. For those that are on radio, for those that are live streaming with us right now, as you just capture my voice, I pray that you will feel the presence of Jesus, and you will not worry, you will not fear that the love of God will be so strong over your heart, your mind, your body, and your soul that you will feel favor, mercy, and grace over your life, that the Lord God that we serve, the Lion of Judah, the great I am, he is worthy of all praise. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Tonight, Lord, we need to see more favor. Lord, we got to walk in your grace. Lord, we got to walk in this freedom. Lord, we got to walk in the mercy of God. And wherever we are, come, Holy Spirit, Lord, we thank you that your grace is over our lives, Lord. And as we just press into prayer right now, Lord, we thank you that your love, your goodness, the miracle power of the Holy Spirit is with us. So, Lord, be that shepherd. Refresh our hearts and our minds, Lord. Refresh our souls and our bodies, Lord, every area of our life. Lord, let it rain. Lord, let there be a refreshing rain, the latter-day rain over our lives. But Lord, we pray for mental health. And as you lead us, dear God, into new pastures as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, Lord, we will fear no evil, for you are with us. Your rod and your staff, they comfort us. But Lord, for those, dear God, that are suffering with panic attacks, fears, uncertainty, bring your peace. Bring your strength, Lord. Help us to pause right now to be still. Know that you're God, strengthen us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet, Lord. Let your mercy abound. Holy Spirit, Lord, help us to pause, to gather our thoughts. Just to take a moment, Lord. Father, come in the name of Jesus. Strengthen us, Lord. Strengthen my voice. Holy Spirit, Lord, we just pray that your grace and your mercy will touch hearts right now, Lord. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Lord, just refresh us, restore us, Lord. Father, we thank you for your grace, your presence and your love, Lord. Wherever we are across this world. Strengthen our bones, Lord. Strengthen our minds, Lord. Strengthen our hearts, Father. Refresh us, Lord, from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet, Lord. Lord, bones are tired, hearts are weary, minds are confused, Lord. We need your goodness. But we believe that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been accorded according to His purpose. So, Father, we thank you that you've called us according to your purpose, that the fire of God, that the love of God, that there is favor over our lives. And as we stretch out, we believe that the love of God is descending over each and every one of us. Lord, just descend on us tonight, Lord. Just invade our lives, Jesus. And just carry us, Lord, as we're Lord, sitting in the sound studio at the back of the church here, Lord, as we're just watching the candles, just gently praying, Lord, just rambling through prayer. We believe that there is power in prayer. We believe that the love of God is over each and every one of us. Thank you, Lord, that we haven't got to shout, we haven't got to dance, we haven't got to scream. We haven't, dear God, got to perform. We just say, Jesus, please. Please, Jesus, wherever we are tonight, bring strength to our hearts, Lord. Refresh our minds, Lord. Just carry us wherever we are, Lord. Let your grace and your favor descend over us now. Lord, I thank you for everybody online. I thank you, Father, that you're strengthening hearts, minds, spirits, and souls, Lord. But Lord, as we look across the world and we see the frailty of life and the world, Lord, we need your favor. We need your grace. We need your mercy, Lord. So, Lord, will you strengthen us? Will you bring us to a place, Lord, of rest? Will you bring us to a place of hope, Lord? Please, God, set the captives free tonight. Break the chains of adversity. Dear God, I pray that shackles will be broken tonight. That freedom will come in the name of Jesus. That the Spirit of the Lord will lift us, that we will rise on wings as of eagles. And Lord, as we go through the valleys and the trials, the tribulations, Father, we thank you that your grace is abounding. That your love is over our hearts, our minds, and our bodies. So, Lord, will you refresh us? Will you take us to a place of refreshment? Will you take us to a place, dear God, where we will find that grace and that mercy. Lord, help us not to lean into the rhythm of the world. Help us not to lean, dear God, into the bounce on the trampoline of monotony that we won't dig our bounce according to the way of the world. But Lord, that we will live our lives according to the word of God. That the Spirit of the Lord will just come down, Lord, and refresh us and restore us, Lord. That your presence will be yes and amen. You are the Lion of Judah. Dear God, we come before you. We pray for those that have got inward battles, external battles, fears and doubts, those that are going through storms, those, dear God, that are really scared, really worried about life. Help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and lean not on our own understanding, Lord, but in all our ways to acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. So, Lord, as the great book of Proverbs 3, verses 5 and 6 says, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him. Help us to acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Father, help us to surrender to the Word of God. Help us, dear God, just to rest in your presence, Lord, and just to sit and to be still. Lord, the world is so noisy. The world is so fast and furious. Lord, it can be scary and worrying sometimes, Lord. And Father, will you help us, Lord, to pause? Pause in this hour. Pause in this moment. Just take time out. Help us to take time out, Lord, and just to be still and know that you are God and feel your presence. Because as the psalmist says in Psalms 46, verse 1, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. And Lord, I thank you that you're with us in trouble. That you're with us, dear God, no matter what is going on in our lives, that the Spirit of the Lord is over us. And Lord, help us to be strong and courageous. Help us to fight the good fight of faith. But help us to realize, Lord, that we haven't got to jump in the arena because the battle belongs to the Lord. So, Lord, bring strength tonight. And for those dear God that have got anxious minds and anxious spirits, we thank you, Father God, that we're going to lean more into Jesus. And as we pray through the book of Philippians 4, you tell us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition. With thanksgiving, with everything, to bring everything to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, guard our heart and our mind in Christ. Lord, bring favor, bring mercy for those that are really scared, Lord, right now. For those that are really worried right now, Lord. Father, we thank you that your grace is over our lives. That your mercy, dear God, is over each and every one of us. Come, Holy Spirit. Just strengthen us, Lord. Just let your love just rest over each and every one of us wherever we are, Lord. We call on the greatest name in heaven and earth and at the name of Jesus. Lord, let the word, Lord, just lift us and carry us wherever we are right now. Holy Spirit, bring your peace, bring your love, Lord, to every front room, to every van, to every car, to every area of life. Lord, just set the captives free. We just rest in you, Father. And we call on the wonderful name of Jesus. Lord, help us not to be anxious about anything. Help us to find peace. Lord, you tell us through the great gospel of John that there is peace that you give us that the world can never understand. That there is peace, Lord, that the world can never give us, that there is hope that the world can never give us. That your favor and your grace, Lord. So right now, Lord, help us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, Lord, just surrender our lives to Jesus. Help us to surrender our lives to Jesus.

Hope For A New Week

We're going to come to the table in about 10 minutes' time. We're going to break bread together. We're going to take at a cup. So wherever you are across the world, we pray that you will feel the love of God and the presence of Jesus Christ in your heart, your mind, in your body and your soul as you join us live across the world, wherever you are. We pray that favor will descend, that fear will go, that anxiety will disappear in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, that we will see the goodness of God. Holy Spirit, refresh us. Holy Spirit, lead us. Holy Spirit, just take us to a place of peace tonight. Lord, we need peace. We need rest for every heart, every mind, every body, every soul that is with us right now. Lord, we need to see your glory, your presence, your grace, your love and favor. Holy Spirit, touch our hearts, Lord. Strengthen us, Lord, wherever we are across this world. Father, refresh, heal, set the captives free. Let favor abound, Lord. Let your mercy come down. Holy, holy is the Lord. Most worthy of all praise. I believe God is calling you. I believe the Holy Spirit is calling you to a greater walk. I believe the Good Shepherd is calling you. The Lion of Judah is calling you. Jesus Christ is calling you. He loves you. God's love is over your life. The presence of God is with you now, at home, at work. Whatever your time zone is, whatever your situation is around the world, the Spirit of the living God is with you. Don't ever give up. Don't ever give up and don't ever give in. Jesus Christ is your Lord and your Savior. The Spirit of God is with you right now. He loves you. There is nothing on earth. Nothing beneath the earth. Nothing through the earth. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. So don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. Don't let the world get a hold of you. Because there is a plan over your life. Jeremiah 29, 11. For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to give you a hope and a future. Plans to prosper you. Plans to take you into the promised land. There is a plan over your life. There is a destination. God has got a plan for you. And He loves you. And God is calling you. And the Spirit of the Lord is drawing you. Whatever you're going through right now, don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. We just got a couple of minutes before we take the bread and the wine. Just before we pause, let's just Holy Spirit, help us right now, Lord. Help us just to pause and to be still and to know that you are God. Lord, as we come to the table, Lord, as we prepare to take bread, Lord, as we prepare, Lord, just to be still in the busyness of life. Holy Spirit, refresh all of us, restore all of us. Set the captives free, Lord. But Lord, we thank you that there is power in the name

of Jesus. And right now, Lord, as we grab this bread, it is as simple as that. We just got a bit of bread, we got a we got a cup just there, as you can see on screen, just a simple cup there, and we just got a simple wafer. That simple, that easy. We're gonna break bread in just a few moments, and I invite you to join me in the name of Jesus Christ. It is three minutes to ten on Sunday evening, Sunday, the 7th of June. Holy Spirit, will you refresh us? Holy Spirit, will you restore us? Holy Spirit, will you just lead us to a greater walk with you, Lord? Lord, will you bring us to a place of refreshment and restoring. Healing, Lord. Lord, we believe in healing. Lord, we believe in the love of God and the Spirit of God. So Lord, right now, Lord, as we break bread together across the world, Father, we thank you that as we just grab a bit of bread, Lord, I pray that your mercy and your grace and your favor will just descend over us tonight, Lord. Lord, refresh each and every one of us. Refresh us, Lord. Let your spirit just carry us. But Lord, we pray for anxious thoughts to go. We pray, dear God, as we just bow the knee to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, we just will not bow the knee to any human being. We will not worship any other God but Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Savior. So right now, Lord, we come before you. And we say, Lord, we realize that we are not worthy. But as you, dear God, have called us to break bread together, to take it a cup together right now, Lord. I thank you for this bread that symbolizes the body of Christ. And wherever we are, Father, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. Bless us, Lord, as we take this bread. As this bread symbolizes the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. Will you take this with me? Will you join with me right now and do this together? Thank you, Jesus. Father, as we have broken bread, as we hold the cup right now, the cup of redemption, the cup of hope, the cope, dear God, of new beginnings. Lord, we thank you. And as we hold this cup, Lord, right now, Father, we thank you that it's just grape juice. Nothing special. Maybe even a fruit shoot, ribena. Whatever it is, Lord, we thank you that it's a symbol, it's symbolic, it's a symbol. And as we take this cup right now, Lord, we pray that you'll cover us in the blood of Jesus from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. In Jesus' name. Amen. Refresh us, Lord. Restore us, Lord. Guide us, Lord. Lead us in paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Father, we thank you that we are gathered across the world. We thank you that the power of the Holy Spirit is in our heart and our mind, Lord. And we pray tonight, Lord, for your grace and your favor. We pray, Lord, that miracles will abound and the love of Jesus Christ will just set the captives free. Where we are, Lord. Just let your glory just rain down on us, Lord. Father, in these closing 14 minutes, Lord, of this service, just strengthen us, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Just refresh our hearts, our minds, Lord. Just carry us, Lord, wherever we are tonight. Father, we thank you for your love and your grace and your mercy that is descending over each and every one of us. Holy Spirit, we pray for miracles. We pray, dear God, for healings in all of our bodies, Lord, our bones and our backs, the structure of our lives, Lord, we pray that you will heal us, that you will set the captives free tonight. Lord, that we will worship in spirit and in truth, Lord. That we will see the favor of God, the mercy of God, and the spirit of the living God. So, Lord, I thank you for everybody on camera, everybody on radio, for those, dear God, that are listening on platforms across the world, wherever you are, the love of God is over your life. Don't ever give up, don't ever give in. Because He is with you. And the Bible says in Philippians 4:6, do not be anxious about anything. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. The Holy Ghost is in your life. God loves you. God loves you. You are redeemed. We are redeemed. We are blessed and highly favored. Wonderfully and fearfully made. God is in your life. The Spirit of the living God is with you. Don't ever give up, don't ever give in. Lord, I pray that panic will go. Lord, I pray that anxiety will go. I pray, dear God, for mental health tonight, emotional stability. Lord, as we face a new week, a new beginning. We thank you that your blessings are new every morning. And Lord, and let your spirit descend on us tonight. Father, as we gently come to the close of this prayer meeting together across the world. Lord, I thank you that your grace is over our lives. Your mercy is with each and every one of us. So, Lord, will you bless us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet? Will you restore all the years that locusts has taken? We thank you, Lord, that chains are gone, adversity is gone, fear is gone, worry is gone, and doubt is gone. And the love of Jesus is over our lives. Lord, refresh us right now. Carry us right now, Lord. Bless us right now, Lord.

But Lord, as we come gently to a close, we pray that Isaiah 41, verse 10 will be alive in our spirit, and our sleep will be sweet tonight, that you will carry us through this night, that the love of God will be over us. The Bible says in Isaiah 41, verse 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, will you help us? Will you carry us? Lord, will you lead us in paths of righteousness? Lord, will you help us to soar on wings as of eagles? Lord, that the worry of life and the fear of life and the doubt of life, Lord, won't get a hold of us, Lord, but we will feel your love and your grace tonight. And Lord, that we will sleep well in Jesus' name. That there will be peace in our hearts. Restoration, Lord, Father, we pray that you will restore us. Lord, that you will help us and lead us in Jesus' name. Father, we thank you for your grace and your favor. But Lord, wherever we are, we pray that your grace and your love, Lord, will just descend over us, Lord. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. But Holy Spirit, we need you. Holy Spirit, we're looking to you right now. Right now, Lord, across this earth, we believe in miracles. We believe in grace. We believe in your goodness. Father, as we stretch out, as we asked your Lord, and invite you into our hearts tonight. Lord, you're already there. Lord, you're already in. You've already called us. You've already ordained us. You've already, Lord, graced us with your presence and your love. So right now, Lord, Father, we thank you that the love of God and the presence of God is with us and all things are possible to those who believe. So Lord, we thank you, Lord, that your mercy and your favor is descending over us right now. So Lord, we ask you, Father, as we gently move through this prayer time, Lord, that there will be peace in our hearts, that John 14, 27 will come alive right now. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. I do not give as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Lord, help us not to allow our hearts to be troubled. But Lord, as we seek the favor of God, as we seek the Holy Spirit, Lord, as we look to you right now, Father, we thank you that the love of God is in our hearts right now. Come, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Lord, refresh us, restore us, Lord. Bring us to a place, Lord, where we see your mercy and your grace. Lord, just enrich in our lives, Lord. Just enrich our lives at this hour, Lord, as we gently come to a close. The Lord is with you. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Don't ever give up, don't ever give in. Don't allow the world to control you. All is okay. Jesus loves you. There is nothing that can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. He's in your heart, he's in your mind, he's in your body, is in your processing. God is calling you right now, wherever you are, to lean into Jesus. Holy Spirit, help us to walk the righteous path. Help us, dear God, to lean into you, to trust you, Lord, from the four corners of this earth. As we stretch out, Lord, from every nation, every city, every town. Prepare our hearts. We thank you that you are the coming king, Lord. We thank you that you are the great I am. As we've prayed and as we've said, you are the Lion of Judah, the God of David who fights our battles. We thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord, that we haven't. Got to fight, that we haven't got to jump in the arena. Lord, that your presence is with us wherever we are, from the mountain to the valley. Holy Spirit, just descend on everybody's life tonight. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will enrich people's hearts and their minds, Lord. Father, that your grace will just come down and refresh us, Lord. That the Spirit of the Lord will just touch our hearts, Lord, wherever we are across this world. Lord, just refresh us, Lord, in the great name of Jesus Christ. In the beautiful name of Jesus. Carry us, Lord. Lord, as we just sit in the back of this church at the sound desk. Lord, as we're outside of the studio tonight, I believe God is calling you. I believe that Matthew 11, 28 is over your life. Jesus is calling you and He's saying, Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Christ is going to give you rest. The King is over your life. The burdens belong to Jesus. The worry belongs to Jesus. The doubt belongs to Jesus. But Lord, how do I do this? It is through the power of conversation. When you're in your van, when you're in your car, in the shower, cooking, washing, at the pedicure, the aairdresses, the barbers, wherever you are, Jesus Christ is with you. He never leaves you nor forsakes you. But he's saying, Come to me, all of you that are weary. Are you weary tonight? Are you burdened tonight? Are you scared tonight? Do you feel doubtful tonight? Do you feel pressured by the world? The love of God is over your life. And Jesus is calling you. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Christ will give you rest. Do you feel that you're reaching a place of being burnt out? Exhaustion? Do you need spiritual rest? We will only find all these areas. We will only find all this freedom through the word of God, through his presence, through his love, through his glory. But yes, I know sometimes we go through the valley, and sometimes it's scary, sometimes it's too much to bear. But he's with you in the valley. He takes us right to the edge of the River Jordan. But he's with you. He's shaping you on the potter's will. The master's hands are on your life. He's shaping you, he's preparing you. There is a plan over your life. That Jeremiah that we skipped through earlier. Jeremiah 29, 11, for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give you a hope and a future. Jesus is over your life. There is nothing too big, nothing too powerful for God. Dear God, in these closing minutes, in these 13 minutes or 12 minutes, Lord, I pray, Lord, that your love and your grace will just gently descend, Lord, as we look at the candles on screen. And for those that are on radio, Holy Spirit, I pray that there will be breakthrough through the greatest name in heaven and earth. And that the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow on the earth, under the earth, through the earth, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. So, Father, just strengthen us, Lord. And Lord, we thank you that no weapon forged against us shall prosper. No weapon, Lord God. No sickness, no disease, no fear, no lack, Lord. But Lord, help us not to allow fear to penetrate our mind, the battlefield of the mind. And Lord, I pray that everyone will sleep tonight, and their sleep will be sweet. Lord, and you will carry them through. They'll have a beautiful week at the name of Jesus. They will see the love of God, they will feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in their life. So, Lord, enrich them, encourage them, lift them and carry them, Lord. Whatever their hour is, whatever their moment is, whatever nation they're in, whatever part of the world they're in right now, Lord, just be with them in the name of Jesus. Just let your love unfold in their hearts tonight. But I believe the King is calling you. I believe Jesus is calling you and me. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. There is rest in Jehovah. There is rest in the Lion of Judah. There is rest in the God from Genesis to Revelation. God is calling you. There's a sound that is being repeated all the way through this evening. God is calling you. God has got you. And what I love about Jesus is we haven't got to get to church. We haven't got to find our way to get our way to church. We haven't got to get in the religious box. All we got to do is just say, Lord, help me. Help me, Father, Lord, will you bring me to a place of stillness? Lord, I need your peace in my life. I need the latter-day rain. I need the hope. I need the favor of God. I need your presence. I need your mercy. So Lord, wherever the world is tonight, Lord, whatever people are doing, Lord, whatever rhythm is going on in their heart and their mind tonight, Lord, just bring peace. Bring hope tonight, Lord. Spirit of the living God, just restore. Set those free tonight. Let healing be over their lives, Lord. Let your presence prevail. Let your goodness descend, Lord. Lord, we worship you, we adore you. We thank you, Lord, that we are gathered for prayer. Just in the gentleness, Lord, of this simple prayer service. I pray again for everybody online, everybody that's listening and watching. I pray that they will walk in healing, that they will walk in favor, that they will walk in your goodness, your mercy. Got eight minutes left. Eight minutes left of this service. Holy Spirit. Refresh. Restore. Rebuild. Heal tonight, Lord. Heal tonight, Lord. Heal the captives, Lord. Set the captives free in the name of Jesus. Just bring restoration, Lord. Lord, just bring hope tonight, Lord. Bring favor to each and every one of us. Spirit of the living, God. We need you in our lives, Lord. Father, we need you tonight, God. Strengthen us, Lord. Just reveal yourself, Lord. Holy Spirit, just bring your glory. I believe God is healing you. I believe the Spirit of the Lord is over your life. There is favor, there is mercy, there is power. Jesus Christ loves you. His grace is over your heart. The Bible says in Romans 8 28, in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. You've been called according to his purpose. God has called you. God loves you. And nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. So, Father, we thank you as we call on the name of Jesus. Strengthen us, enrich us. Lord, let your grace be over our hearts tonight, Lord. Spirit of the living God, we need you. But Lord, we realize that in all things, in every situation, at work, at home, in life, at school, whatever we are doing, we believe that all things God works for the good of those who love Him. And God has called you. And God is still calling you. And we call, come, Jesus, come. Strengthen these bones tonight. Strengthen our backs tonight. Strengthen our hearts tonight. Lord, I pray, Lord, as we gently come to a close of this service, Lord, that everyone will sleep well tonight. That you will carry them through this service, through this night, through this day, through this hour. Your grace is over us, Lord. Father, we thank you, Lord. We are depending on you, Lord, because there's nowhere else to go, Lord. Lord, there's nowhere else to go but to Jesus. Holy Spirit, I pray for a refreshing rain that we will walk to Jesus. But Father, we thank you that you have found us, that you have strengthened us, that you have anointed us, that you are leading us in paths of righteousness for your namesake. And Lord, we pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry every one of us. That you will enrich our hearts, our minds, our bodies, our souls, Lord. That right now, Lord, your presence will touch our hearts, Father. And Lord, I thank you that you've equipped us for the valleys, the mountains, the trials, the tribulations. Spirit of the living God. Bring your glory. Bring your grace. Father, we thank you that hope is in our lives, that grace is abounding, that mercy is unfolding, and the Spirit of the Lord is with us wherever we are, Lord. Thank you, Father, for your love. Thank you for your presence, Lord. Just a few moments left, I pray that you'll have a great week in the name of Jesus. I pray that the Lord will carry you, the Holy Spirit will lift you. That the love of Jesus will be over your heart, your mind, your butter soul, that the favor of God will descend over you. Wherever you are tonight, whatever you're going through, all things are possible to those who believe. The power of God is in your life. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. And all things work together. Every situation works together. Every area of life works together. Everything comes together. Everything is possible to those who believe. Do you believe tonight? Do you believe in miracles? Do you believe in the power of God and the Holy Spirit? There is favor, there is glory, there is mercy over your life. The Lord is with you. Father, we thank you that as we pray, as we come gently to the close of this service, we ask you, Lord, that your love will just carry us. That the Spirit of the Lord will just rest on our bones. Lord, wherever we are, whatever the drumbeat is, Lord, whatever is going on, Lord, we thank you that we are found in the house of the Lord. That we have been found in your presence and your grace, Lord. So Lord, just strengthen those, dear God, that are at work tonight. Those, dear God, that are in homes at this time, Lord, that are been out all day, whatever is going on, Lord. We just pray that you reflect and refresh and heal and draw, Lord. Spirit of the living God, we come before you. And whatever tribe, whatever nation, whatever city we're from, wherever we are from, Lord, just bring your glory, bring your grace, Lord. Father, we just say, Come, Jesus, come. Lord, we thank you as we just got two minutes. We've just got two minutes, Lord, in the name of Jesus. God is with you. And the Bible says in Matthew 11, 28, come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Jesus is giving you rest tonight. He sees you're tired, he sees you're weary. But there's always hope. There is always hope in the name of Jesus. There is always hope. So, Father, we thank you for hope. We thank you for the power, the love of God, and the Spirit of the living God. Lord, and wherever we sit, wherever we live, wherever we drive, wherever we work, whatever is going on, Lord, we pray for a divine intervention in our lives, for the divine just to carry us, and the Spirit of the Lord will lift us tonight. Lord, we need your love, we need your grace, we need your mercy. So, Lord, as we gently move forward, Lord, as Monday is going to start to open up soon, as 12 o'clock is close to the door now, Lord. Lord, as we sit at 20 past ten on this Sunday evening on the 7th of June. Lord, as we gently close this prayer meeting, this time together, as we've gathered around the word, as we call on the name of Jesus. Father, we thank you for breakthrough. And Lord, I pray that you will touch the listeners from the four corners of the world. Lord, that they'll have a great week. Lord, that they'll walk in strength, that they will walk in anointing, that they will walk in your love. Lord, they will walk in your grace, they will walk in your favor, and the presence of God will be over them. So, Lord, we thank you for your love, your grace, your favor. But may the Lord bless you tonight wherever you are. May your sleep be sweet. May the Lord carry you. We're going to back out of here. We will catch you next week. Thank you to everybody that's joined in us across the world, wherever you are, as we just gently just pedal out of this service. I believe God is with you. The Holy Spirit is in your life. There is favor over your life. The Spirit of the Lord is calling you. Don't ever give up, don't ever give in. But just remember that you are grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate you from the love of God. God bless you. Good night. And Jesus is calling you. He's calling you. The Spirit of the Lord is calling you. Have a beautiful week. God bless. Take care. Good night.
