Anxiety rarely arrives politely. It shows up as a tight chest, a noisy mind, a sudden wave of panic, or that late-night feeling that you cannot switch off. We meet that reality with a Sunday evening prayer rooted in Philippians 4:6 to 7, asking God for calmness, emotional stability, and the peace of God that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. If you are carrying fear about work, family, health, money, or the future, you are not asked to pretend you are fine. We bring it to Jesus directly.

We pray for those dealing with panic attacks and overthinking, and for anyone who feels worn down by relentless pressure and battle fatigue. Along the way we lean on Isaiah 41:10, a steady promise for uncertain times, and we speak into the storms that can feel louder than faith. We also make space for stillness: pausing, breathing, and letting God lead when the inner battle between head and heart feels fierce.

As the prayer widens, we reflect on God’s greatness in creation and God’s closeness in love, pointing to John 3:16 as the clearest measure of what it cost for us to have access to the Father through Jesus. We then come to communion, breaking bread and taking the cup as a quiet, practical act of trust, asking for fresh strength, restored hope, and real rest tonight. If this helps you, subscribe, share it with someone who is struggling, and leave a review so more listeners can find these prayers.

Philippians 4 Against Anxiety

the word of God. We're going to jump straight into the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 through to 8. So wherever you are, I pray that the Spirit of the Living God is over your life. Thank you for joining us on this Sunday evening as we just rest there. Whether you've got anxiety, whether you've got panic attacks, whether you're just sitting in fear, you're worried and you're scared about life itself. We're going to press straight into the scripture now. We're going to get into the great book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. Thank you for joining us on RB Christian Radio, everybody live on X. Wherever you are across the world, the love of God is over your life. Let's get straight in. The Bible says, do not be anxious about anything. Do not be anxious about anything. Father, I pray right now that we will not be anxious about anything. But the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will be over our lives. Father, we thank you for the power of the word of God. And Lord, we lean into Scripture right now, Lord. We lean right into the Word of God. And Jesus, I pray that you will help us not to be anxious. But in every situation, Lord, through every understanding in life, that we will not be anxious, that we will not allow fear and doubt to control us, to rule us. But Lord, we'll stand on the word of God. So wherever we are right now, Lord, as we just settle into this prayer time, we pray, Father, that the Word of God will speak directly to our hearts and our minds, Lord. That we will see the goodness of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. Help us, Lord God, just uh sit back, Lord, and just uh let go and let God take full charge over our lives. Holy Spirit, we pray that we will lock into the Word of God. And the Word will open up our hearts and our minds. And the Spirit of the Lord will lead us to a greater walk with you, Jesus. So, Father, as we are gathering, as we are resting, whatever we may be doing right now, Lord, we pray for calmness and peace. That we won't be anxious about anything. But in every situation, Lord, with prayer and partition, that we will bring our request to God, that we'll bring everything to the footstool of Jesus Christ, that we'll find a place to rest and to be still. And the presence of the Holy Spirit will lead us, dear God, into a great place, Lord. That your love and your mercy, Lord, will just capture every one of us wherever we are right now. Lord, we pray for the saving grace of the Father. The presence of God, the peace of God, will just bring your love and your grace over our lives, Lord. Lord, I just pray, Father, that for the hand of God, the mercy of God, the goodness of God, Lord, that your presence, Lord Jesus, will just calm us down, Lord, and your love and your presence, Lord, and you will just touch our hearts right now, Lord, in the name of Jesus. So, Father, we thank you, Lord, that there is power in the name of Jesus. So, Lord, we ask that you will strengthen us and carry us, and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Father, we just rest in you, Lord, and we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit. Lord, that your goodness and mercy, Lord, will carry us wherever we are across the other side of the world. Holy Spirit, we pray, Father, that we will just rest and find a place, Lord, just to calm down tonight, Lord. That your saving grace and your goodness, Father, will open up our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. So Lord, we pray, dear God, as we just gather around the Word, as we settle in, Lord, for those that have got anxious thoughts, those are scared, those that are worried, Lord, for those that are just joining us, Lord, wherever we are right now. As we lock in, we pray that the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit will carry us. And Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7 will open our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. As you tell us not to be anxious about anything, but the peace of God, the glory of God. The presence of Jesus Christ is with us wherever we are right now. Lord, will you guard our hearts and our minds in Christ? Lord, we're praying against anxiety, mental health, Lord. We're praying for emotional stability. We're praying, Father, that the power of God will just capture us and just carry us wherever we are, that we will feel your presence and your love and your mercy, Lord. That you will just help us, Lord, just to sleep tonight, that we will find a place to sleep in the name of Jesus. That your spirit, that the glory, that the love of Jesus will be just wrapped around every one of us, Lord. Holy God, that you are, Jehovah Jaireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom, we just pray for such an outpouring of your love and your grace. Help us to pause right now, Lord. Help us to pause, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Lord, bring the refreshing reign of the Holy Spirit. Bring your presence and your mercy, Lord. Your goodness. Father, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. But Lord, will you strengthen us, Lord, wherever we are across the world tonight. Whatever the time zone is, whatever the situation is in our lives, Lord, I ask you that we won't be anxious about anything. We won't be anxious about work. We won't be anxious about family and children and life. Paying the bills, Lord, that we will find freedom in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And at the name of Jesus we come to you. Lord, we believe that you're healing us right now. That mental health is being healed. I pray, dear God, for those that are overthinking, over-engineering their lives. Those, dear God, that are thinking too deep, Lord, the ifs and the buts and the maybes. Lord, I pray right now that we will just fall in love with Jesus like never before, that we will walk to the eternal Father, Lord. And as we just rest in the arms of Jesus tonight, we pray, Father, that we will settle into this prayer time. That we will find that place to rest. That we will find that place, dear God, to breathe. That we will pause and breathe in the chaos and in the carnage of life and in the disorder that's around us. Lord, that we will find a place to be still in the name of Jesus. Lord, every listener, every heart that's with me right now, everyone, dear God, that is with us, wherever we are, we're praying, dear God, for your mercy and your grace, to touch our hearts, Father. That the Spirit of the Lord will just carry us, that your mercies are new every morning, that your saving grace, that your love, that your goodness will drive out all fear. So help us, Lord, to rest, to be still in Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. Do not be anxious about anything. And the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, we want our hearts to be guarded. We want our minds to be refreshed. We want to feel your presence and your goodness and your love and your grace. Lord, we want to walk in freedom. We want to rest, Lord, we want to find a place to be still. We want to find a place, Lord, to pause and know that you are God. We want to pause, dear God, and just breathe and just be able to inhale and exhale. We want to pause, Lord, in the busyness of life. We want to pause, dear God, and feel the refreshing reign of the Holy Spirit. We want to pause and

know that the Redeemer is with us, and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Lord, I pray that we'll settle into this night prayer together. And we believe in healing, Lord. We believe that you're healing us right now, Jesus. We believe in the power of the Word of God. Anxiety is going. Fear is going right now, Lord. Lord, we believe the healing hand, the healing hand of God is over our lives. That the Spirit of the Lord is with us. And right now, as we sit at home, as we're on the socials, as we're on the chair, commuting, wherever we are, we believe that the healing power of God is over us. That the love of Jesus Christ is strengthening us right now. Father, we thank you that fear is going. Mental health, dear God, is being healed. Hearts are being healed, backs are being strengthened. Lord, we believe in the power of God. We believe, dear God, that you're healing every organ in our bodies. Lord, eyes are seeing, ears are hearing. Father, we believe that we're walking strong. We believe, dear God, that we're able, dear God, to move forward in faith. Lord, I thank you for the physical healing. I thank you, dear God, for the mental healing, the spiritual healing. Lord, we pray just for healing right now. Lord, I pray that we will feel your love, dear God, descending, descending over each and every one of us as we're indoors, in the van, in the car, wherever we are, that we will feel the healing hand of God. The presence of the Holy Spirit just gently leading us, leading us away from anxiety, leading us away from fear, but leading us to peace, leading us to hope, leading us to emotional stability. Oh God, we love you. Oh Jesus, we want to walk at a greater

Weariness Burnout And Latter Rain

level with you, Lord. Father, we want to walk at a greater level, Lord. Lord, we believe you're calling us. We believe you're calling the weary. We believe you're calling the tired ones, the exhausted ones. We believe you're calling every one of us, dear God, that has got battle fatigue, that is really tired, that is emotionally weak right now, that is just trying anything, exhausted with life, weary and tired and run down. We pray for anyone that is experiencing being burnt out, that they will find the refreshing rain of heaven, that they will feel the very presence of God in their heart, their mind, their body, and their soul, that they will see the love of God, walking in the fruits and the gift of the Spirit. Lord, we believe in healing. We believe in the presence of the Holy Spirit. We believe from Genesis to Revelation, we believe that the Word of God is an absolute. And we need you in our lives, God, right now. Lord, we need you in our homes right now. We need you in our own private space right now. We need you as we're making a cup of tea right now. Driving, washing, ironing, out in the garden, Lord, we need you. We need you in our lives, God. We're calling on the God of David. We're calling on the God of David, the great I am, the God that fights our battles, the unseen battles, the fears, the worries, the doubts. Holy Spirit. Sometimes, God, we feel like we go right away to the edge of the river Jordan. And Lord, we we step in the River Jordan, and we feel the weight, we feel the weight of the river Jordan at full flood stage. And Lord, we feel it, dear God, ran our ankles, up our shins and to our knees. Holy Spirit, just as God told the Levitical priesthood, go and stand at the water's edge. Holy Spirit, Lord, as we stand on the water's edge of fear, of doubt, of sickness and disease, Lord, as we look across the other side of the river Jordan. Lord, we're not going to make it if you don't part the river. Lord, there is a promised land that we haven't got to yet, Jesus, and you know that. But Lord, we believe that you're the God that parted the River Jordan. We believe you're the God that parted the Red Sea. We believe you're the God that put the stars in the heaven. We believe you're the God that said, Let there be light, and there was. We believe in the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. We believe in Jehovah Jihara, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Rapha. We believe that you are El Shaddai. You are the first, you are the last. You are the great I am. You are the King of the Jews. Holy Spirit, we call on that great name right now. And Lord, as we gently move through Philippians 4, 6 and 7, Father, we can't seem to get off the starting blocks. Because we're still anxious, Lord. We're still scared, Lord. We're still worried about the financial stretch. We're worried about the family issues. We're worried about the children's education. We're worried about what church we go to. We're worried, dear God, what our job prospects are. We're worried, dear God, about our health. Holy Spirit, we come to you. Dear God, we come to you. Jesus of Nazareth, we come to you. And we're praying for everyone, Lord, that has a panic attack. Lord, that awful feeling of that panic rising. That awful feeling, God, of that panic stirring our gut. That awful feeling, dear God, where the skin starts to move and it feels like your skin is alive. The feeling, dear God, from your toes all the way through your bones. All the way, dear God. When the body starts to react and fear comes in like a flood. And we're scared. Holy Spirit, I pray for those that are experiencing panic attacks and fears and doubts. Lord, I pray for ultimate peace. We pray for peace that goes beyond all human understanding. We pray, Lord God, for the love of Jesus. Holy God, it feels like the world is shaking. It feels like the whole world is anxious about everything. Lord, as we look at the political drive, Lord, politicians are lost in the language that they use. Father, it's difficult, Lord, to stay focused at the moment, Lord. Because anxiety, Lord, is ruling our lives. And we're losing the focus, we're losing the understanding. And life is becoming tougher and harder. Spirit of the living God, we pray for such an outpouring of your love. You tell us so clearly, Lord, through the scripture that we started out in. Do not be anxious about anything. But the Lord, the more I read it, the more I hear it, the more, dear God, it finds to be more difficult, Lord. Not to be anxious. And it seems to be the treadmill of life, Lord, that I get more anxious. The more I read

Anxiety In A Shaking World

about it, the more the anxiety rises, and the more the faith that I got disappears. Holy Spirit, Lord. Holy Spirit. As we lean through Isaiah 41, verse 10, Lord, we believe in the power of God. We believe in Isaiah 41, 10, because the word says, Do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Lord, there is a crisis on earth. There's a crisis around us. Father, there are situations breaking out, Lord, to the left to the right. Father, there is a wave of uncertainty crashing down on the shoreline of life. And you tell us, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Holy Spirit, will you be with every listener, every heart, everyone that is with me right now under the sound of my voice? For those that are really scared, those that are really worried about the future, the present, and the past. Lord, remind us that we are children of the Most High. And the temple curtain was torn from top to bottom. And there is access. I want to let you know there is access to the Father. There is access to the God of Almighty. And that access is through Jesus Christ. Jesus says, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Jesus, call us. Jesus, call us tonight. Call us in the stillness. Call us in the chaos. Call us in the sun. Call us in the rain. Call us in the stillness. Call us in the storm. Lord, just call us. Call us, dear God, to come to you. Help us, dear God, to get to you. Help us, dear God, to seek you like never before. Because Lord, the world is anxious. The world, dear God, is fearful. Dear Lord Jesus, there is such a tenderness. Lord, there is such a tenderness across the world. Such an expectation. The tenderness of the world, Lord, is is tangible. It is tangible, Lord, and it's affecting us, God. And we come to you tonight on this Sunday evening. Lord, we come to you right now, Lord, and we say, Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, lead us in paths of righteousness. Holy Spirit, will you take away the fear and the doubt and the worry? Holy Spirit, Lord, we call on the name of Jesus. And you tell us, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Dear God, in the name of Jesus. Holy Spirit. Jesus, walk beside us right now. Jesus, let us feel your presence in our home. Jesus, let us feel your presence in our lives. As we drive this van, as we drive this car, as we commute across the world, as we're in train stations right now, at a bus stop right now, in an airport right now, in the kitchen, in the garden, wherever we are, Jesus. Please stand beside us. Please, God, let us feel the radiance of God. Let us feel that Shekinah glory. The glory of the King. The glory of the majesty. You are sovereign. You are sovereign, and we come to you tonight. And your ways are just. But Lord, give us stability. Take away, dig God, the frailness of life. Lord, it feels like we're skating on thin ice at the moment. And Lord, the ice is extremely thin. Lord, we're scared that the ice is going to give way. Lord, that this world is going to give away. Lord, culture, life. The political agenda. The food crisis at the moment. The electricity issue, Lord, and the petrol and the diesel. Now, dear God, in certain parts of the UK, we're hearing there's issues with water. We haven't got enough. What are we gonna do? We're hearing in some parts of the world, plagues, famines, desolation. So Lord, I pray that you will keep us keep us strong in the name of Jesus. We pray, dear God, for those diseases that are about everywhere, the increase of disease. We pray that lives will be refreshed and restored in the name of Jesus. Holy Spirit, Lord, just just set the captives free tonight wherever we are. Lord, we need you. Lord, we cannot live this life without you. We need your presence. We need your grace. We need your favor. Lord, as we walk through Isaiah 41, 10, you tell us, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Lord, there is a crisis across planet Earth. We need the divine reassurance. Lord, I pray for everyone that is scared about their workplace, that is working ridiculous hours. Those, dear God, that are under serious pressure. Right now. Serious responsibilities. Mortgages, rents, cars. Just the way of living, Jesus. The food crisis, the petrol, the diesel. Holy Spirit, Lord, I pray. That our faith

Storms The Shepherd And Courage

will rise. That we will rise up, dear God, above the storm. The storm that is out there, the storms that are brewing. Holy Spirit, as we read in the New Testament, that squall that came out of nowhere, called the Northeaster, came down the mountain, hit the lake, and caused chaos. Holy Spirit, it feels like there is a storm. It feels like, dear God, there is a wind called the Northeaster. And Lord, it is so strong it is pushing us back in the boat that we are sailing in. Lord, the waves, dear God, are starting to get very high. Lord, we're starting to get a bit worried, Lord, about the storm that's here. The storm of fear, the storm of doubt, the storm of uncertainty. The storm, dear God. Holy Spirit, I pray. But you will speak to every storm that we're going through. The storm of loneliness. The storm of doubt. The storm of financial pressure. The storm, dear God, of family, no family, work, no work. The storms in church and ministry. The storms in each individual nation that we are in tonight. Father, will you deal with these storms? Because sometimes, Lord, it's too much to bear. And Lord, as we walk through the valley, as we walk through Psalm 23, Lord, let us be reminded that the Lord is our shepherd. We lack nothing. Lord, that you're our shepherd. You are that Jehovah Jirah. You are that Jehovah Nissi. You are that Jehovah Shalom. Please, God, reveal yourself in the storm. Reveal yourself in the fire of life. Lord, we read about those three Jewish boys, Meshach, Shamrach, and Abendigo. We read how they were thrown into the fiery furnace of life. We read, dear God, that the king said, Who's the fourth one? Who's walking with those? Oh Jesus, reveal yourself. Lord God, reveal yourself so the world can see that you're walking with us. Reveal yourself so culture can see that you're walking with us. Reveal yourself in the name of Jesus. Lord, we need your glory. We need your power. We need that saving grace over our lives. We need grace, Lord. We need that grace, that sovereign grace, Lord. Spirit of the Living God, I pray for everyone that is tired and weary. Really tired and really weary of life. Life is so busy, Jesus. Life is so busy. Lord, some days we don't know if we're coming or going. Some days, Lord, life is so furious and fast we see ourselves coming the other way and we bypass ourselves. Lord, the the clock is ticking. The seasons are moving. Lord, it's either winter, summer, spring or autumn. Father, the seasons are changing fast and rapidly. Lord, we go from the spring straight into the winter. And then we go from the winter, sometimes back into the spring. Dear God, there doesn't seem to be a general timeline of the weather structure and the seasons we're in. Everything is either too hot or too cold, too dry or too wet, too bright, too dark. Lord, I pray, Holy Spirit, Lord, whatever season we're in tonight, whatever season we're in at this hour, that the glory of God will carry us through the season, that the Spirit of the Lord will lift us, and we will feel the latter-day rain. The gentle love of God just castading down over us. The gentle love of God just gently refreshing us in the valley of dryness. So Lord, be that shepherd that the psalmist tells us about. Be that shepherd, Lord, that the scripture talks about. The Lord is my shepherd. Father, be that shepherd. Lord, help us, dear God, to be obedient. Help us, dear God, not to run ahead of you, but to walk with you. Step by step, side by side, moment by moment, hour by hour. Lord, wherever we are across this world, we need Jesus Christ. And Lord, I pray. Again for Isaiah 41, 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Lord, we need the strength. We need the line of Judah. Lord, the church is so weak and woke. Holy Spirit, Lord, it feels like there's no hope. There's no hope in the church. But there's so much hope in the kingdom. The kingdom is alive. Lord, I pray, Lord, that our feet will be fixed firmly upon the rock of the kingdom of God. Holy Spirit, when we look across the land, the landscape before us, when we look across society and culture. Holy Spirit, Lord, culture is shaking. Society is shaking. The world is shaking. Holy Fire, great God that you are. The Messiah. Lord, I pray again as we started out. You tell us not to be anxious about anything. And the peace of God. Lord, we want more peace. Because we're not sleeping very well. Our mind, Father, is so alert. Lord, our brain is over-engineering our lives. Lord, we are overthinking. We are over-anticipating. We are over-engineering. Oh God, I pray. Lord, as we're halfway through this prayer time together, I pray, dear God, that we won't be anxious about anything. And I pray, dear God, that the fear that we may be carrying will melt like wax. The panic attacks will just melt like wax. Lord, as we look up to the hills, as we look up to the King, we look over, dear God, the sunrise, the sun setting. And we call on the name of Jesus. We call on that name. Help us to be strong and courageous. Help us to be like that Joshua that we read about. Help us to be like that warrior Joshua that listened to instruction and he didn't come away. He was just in the word. Help us to be strong and courageous. The Lord thy God is with you wherever you go. Father, that scripture that rings out in Joshua 1, verse 9, be strong and courageous. Lord, you tell us also in the New Testament that our battle isn't against flesh and blood, it isn't against neighbor, isn't against humanity, but the battle is in the heavenly realms. And Lord, the spiritual battle at the moment, Lord, it can feel too much. Lord, it feels too intense right now. Lord, we got battle fatigue. And Lord, we gotta we gotta keep walking. Because Lord, we're we're looking at the River Jordan. And as we look at this River Jordan again and again, Lord, we're anticipating how is this gonna happen. We're trying to work God out

The Battle Of Mind And Heart

SPEAKER_00

and say, Lord, how are we gonna get through? Lord, I've been praying for so long now. Lord, I've been praying the same prayer. I've been asking and asking and asking, God, and there doesn't seem to be any movement. It feels like, dear God, you've disappeared. It feels like no one's there. I keep praying the same prayer, Jesus. I keep speaking the same prayer. Lord, there's no change on the outside. Lord, if anything, it looks like it's got worse. Holy Spirit, I'm trying to be strong and courageous in the face of adversity, in the face of Goliath, in the face of Nephilim, in the face, dear God, of the spiritual onslaught. And Lord, the more I cry out to you, it feels like you take one step back. The more I cry out to you, you seem to disappear in the fabric of the universe. The more I cry out to you, Lord, the more tears run down my face, the further you seem away. But Lord, I know that's not true. Because you tell us over and over again, I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will be with you to the very end of this age, and we're grafted into the vine. But my mind, Lord, is playing tricks on me. My mind is telling me something that's not true. My mind, dear God, is telling me stuff that I don't want to hear. And Lord, I can't shut my mind off. So Lord, when there's a crisis and I call out to Jesus, the battle that I have, Lord, sometimes is greater on the inside than it is on the outside. The battle with me, Jesus, the battle of mind and spirit, the battle of thought and execution, the battle of hope and the battle of doubt, the battle of uncertainty and the battle of purity. The battle, dear God, the battle, dear God, from the heart to the brain, just that short distance, less than 18 inches, but that wasteland between the head and the heart. The voice and the leading. Father, the battle sometimes is so fierce. The battle within. The battle to believe. The battle to keep walking. The battle to keep crying out. Heal me, Lord, in the name of Jesus. The battle, dear God, of Father, where are you? The cry from the heart, Lord. The cry from the heart. Where are you? Lord, we're in a crisis on this earth. Lord, and it feels like you've disappeared. And we're on our own. But Lord, that's the mind again. Because the spirit spirit is willing. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. And the battle of the head and the heart. Lord, we got battle fatigue. Lord, there are so many people that are reaching a place of burnout. So many Christians and believers that are just exhausted on the battlefield of life. Holy Spirit, we need your strength. Holy Spirit, we need your leading. Holy Spirit, just remind us that the battle belongs to the Lord. The battle is yours, God. But why do I keep holding on? Why do I keep walking in unforgiveness? The battle of words. The battle, dear God, of faith. The battle of letting go of arrogance, of control, the battle of saying, I'm gonna let go and let God. The battle of surrender. The battle of trust. Father, help us. Help us on this earth to walk strong, to walk bold, to walk in power and authority. Lord, remind us that we are children of the living God, children of destiny, children of hope, children of healing, children of the God of Israel. So Lord, the battle from the head to the heart that gets us anxious and scared and worried. Father, Lord, I pray that you will recalibrate us. Lord, we need a remapping. Lord, we need divine intervention. We need the Spirit of the Living God. Because the writer of Romans 8 tells us this. In all things, in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him. In all things, in the battles, in the mountain experiences, God works in all things. He's working in all things. Father, send the latter-day rain. Send the latter-day rain, Lord. Holy Spirit, Lord, speak to us tonight. Holy God, great God that you are. Speak directly to our Spirit, Lord. Call us, Lord. Call us, Jesus. You are our shepherd. You are our guide. You are our redemption. And we believe tonight, Lord. We believe. Let the fire fall. Lord, we're walking in healing. Lord, we're walking in the greatness and the beauty of God. We're walking in the majesty. We're walking in, dear God, in freedom. I thank you for freedom tonight, Lord. I thank you that that freedom is in us and around us. That we're not chained down the chains of adversity. But we are free in the name of Jesus. We are free, Lord. Lord, I pray for those, dear God, that are trying to put us in the casket too early. For those that are writing us off, that are putting the lid on, screwing the lid down. Father, I pray, Lord, that that lid will be lifted and we will rise out of the ashes of life. That we will rise up in the name of Jesus. That we will be strong in the name of Jesus. For those, dear God, that are trying to hold us in the graveyard. For those, dear God, that are saying, You'll never, you'll never achieve, you'll never be able. Holy Spirit, I pray that we will trust in the Lord with all of our heart. And we will not lean on our own understanding. But you will make our path straight. That you will strengthen our legs, you'll strengthen our bones, you will strengthen our backs that we'll stand up strong in the name of Jesus. And Lord, we will pray through the great book of Proverbs 3. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him. Help me to acknowledge you in every area of my life. Help me, dear God, not just to acknowledge you publicly on a Sunday, but on a Monday at work, on a Tuesday when we catch the bus. On a Wednesday when we're down in the shops, on a Thursday when we socialize. On a Friday when we're out. Help me, dear God, every second, every day, to tell the world I'm a Jesus follower. But my Jesus is alive, my King is alive. He is the great I Am. He is that Jehovah Jirah. He is the Lion of Judah. He is my Savior. He is my redeeming

King. He is my everything. He is the last. He is the Alpha. He is the Omega. He was before time. He is in time. He is on time. And he's outside of time. He's our God that put every star into the perfect position in the universe above this eye. He is that God that balances the sun around the moon. He is the God that holds the moon in the palm of his hand. He's the God. He's our God. That is outside space, time, and matter. He's on the outside of light. But he is the light. He's outside time. Space. Speed. Darkness, light. He's outside of everything. Let us realize that you are the God that said, let there be light. So you created light. You created sound. He created the DNA. He created the bees and the birds. Every leaf, every tree, every raindrop. Our God knows every raindrop. Every snowflake. Every sunbeam. Every animal to the human eye. And to the greatest microscope on earth. He's the God that put the furthest star in the universe. He's the God that holds the moon on the end of his finger. He's the God that can touch the sun and not get burnt. He's the God of all gods. He's Jehovah. He's the savior of the world. And he loves us. His love is so big no one can measure it. The love that he has for us is measured through John 3.16 in a physical measure. Because God had to show the ultimate sacrifice price that He would do for you and for me. John 3.16, for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Through test tube, through science or through reasoning. So he showed us through John 3:16 the ultimate sacrifice so that we would have access to the Father, access to the God of Israel, access to the God above all gods. So suddenly, Lord, when I think about the universe, and I think about the grandeur of the universe, and I think about the space, the stars, the moon, the sun, the speed of sound, the speed of light. That our God created all of that. And he's sitting on the outside of that. And everything is in his framework. So when I say, Lord, will you help me? Suddenly it brings everything into true biblical understanding. My God is able. My God hasn't left me. My God is always with us. It's my mind that's playing tricks on me. It's my mind, the battlefield of the mind. My God loves you. Our God loves us. So as we come to the last section of this prayer time together, we've got about 14 minutes.

Communion And Rest For The Weary

We're going to get ready to break bread. When you look at the scripture regarding the Passover, God came down and he presented himself in the image of Jesus Christ. And he sat around the Passover table in human form. Because the Bible says that they gave him the name Jesus and another name Emmanuel. God is with us. And the book of Colossians, chapter 1, verse 15. Christ is the image of the invisible God. So Christ sat at the Passover table in and as the image of the invisible God. So God came down. The book of Matthew tells us fourteen generations came down and he found himself in an earth suit, presented himself as the King above all kings, presented himself as Jesus Christ of Nazareth. But he's this God that sits out time outside of time, space, and matter. But he presented himself to the human race because he's the creator of the human race. And before the earth was, God was. Before the earth came into being, Jesus was. Suddenly I realize that this God that put every star in perfect position. This God that spoke the world into existence loves us. And the Bible says that he brought us into the world for his good purpose and his pleasure. That's it. His purpose, his will, and his pleasure. He loves you. He loves you beyond every star. The depth of the universe. He loves you beyond the deepest part of the ocean. He loves you so much that he gave his son. Everything is alright. Everything is okay. Just focus on Jesus. Just focus on Jesus, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Focus on the great I am. And as we come to the table right now, dear God, in the name of Jesus, we thank you, Lord, that we break bread right now, Lord. And as we break bread in the name of Jesus, Spirit of the Living God, Lord, as we've got nine minutes, Jesus, I pray, Lord, that you will reveal yourself to us. Lord, that you will speak so deep and wide. Lord, that you will wipe the tears, carry the hurts, erase the pain in the name of Jesus. Come, Lord, invite us to go deeper. Invite us, Lord, to walk at a greater level. Holy Spirit, we thank you for freedom. We thank you for the power of God. And as we grab a bit of bread now, we grab a bit of bread and we we got a bit of grape juice. And we say, Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Lord. Lord, we come to you right now and we say, You are the Messiah. Your grace is sufficient. Your mercies are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Great is your faithfulness, Lord. Lord, we're sinners saved by grace. Holy God, that you are. On this Sunday evening, we ask you, God, that you will lift us. And as we break this bread together right now, thank you, Jesus, that you're taking care of every situation, workplace issues, monetary troubles, fears, doubts, worries, uncertainties. Holy Spirit, we break this bread right now in the stillness. In the stillness of the Messiah. In the stillness of the God of the universe. Holy God. I thank you that your body was broken, Jesus. So that we would have life and have it in abundance. I thank you, Jesus, that your side was pierced. I thank you, Jesus, that you was obedient even to the cross. The obedience of Jesus has brought us life and has brought us hope. Thank you for the bread, thank you for the cup, Lord. Let freedom abound right now, Jesus. Let your mercy unfold, Lord. Let your grace just carry us, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Father, Lord, in these six minutes, we pray, dear God, for the love of Jesus and your presence and your favor. Lord, speak directly to our hearts. Speak directly to our spirits, Lord. Speak directly, Lord, to our innermost being. Lord, draw us to the cross of Calvary. Holy Spirit, help us to find, dear God, a place of rest. We pray, dear God, for those that are not sleeping well, that their sleep will be sweet tonight. Father, we thank you that angels are deployed. Right now, angels are deployed around your life. Wherever you are, the heavenly hosts are with you. They're carrying you. They're sitting right beside you. They're with you at work. They're with you at home. Psalm 91. For God is concerned. God has released the heavenly army to carry you so that we will not strike our foot against a rock. Dear God, in the name of Jesus. Please, God, reveal yourself tonight. Reveal yourself, God, to those that are weary and tired. Reveal yourself to those, dear God, that are at the water's edge of the River Jordan. Reveal yourself, dear God, through Matthew 11, 28. Jesus is saying, Come to me. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. For those that are experiencing exhaustion, spiritual tiredness, for those that just feel that they're almost burnt out. Holy Spirit, draw us. Draw us into your presence. Draw us to a place, God. Draw us to that place called the cross. Lord, strengthen us at the cross. Lord, let your love and your your grace unfold. Let your mercy come down. Holy Spirit, feed us tonight, Lord. Feed us, dear God, with the heavenly rhythm of the Father's heart. Lord, we're seeking the Father's heart. We're seeking the presence of Jehovah. Lord, just wrap yourself around all those that feel lonely and scared. Wrap your arms around those that are really worried and doubtful. The Lord is with you. The Lord is with you tonight. God sees your pain. God sees you're scared. God sees you're lonely. God sees your frustrations. God sees every area of our lives. And he's still saying Matthew 11, 28. Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I'll give you rest. So Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will read the scripture. That we will get into the word of God. We will get into the holy word, the Bible. Lord, that we will just read the word. We will just read page after page, text after text, Lord, and the flow, dear God, the flow of the Holy Spirit will just breathe through our bodies right now.
