Sunday Night Prayer For Peace Before Monday
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Sunday night has a way of turning the volume up on everything we have been trying to ignore. When the house goes quiet, anxiety gets louder, the week ahead feels heavier, and the mind starts overworking every detail.
In this Sunday Night Prayer, we sit with Philippians 4:6–7 and speak it directly into real life, asking God to calm panic, silence fear, and release the peace that guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If you are searching for a Christian prayer for anxiety, Bible verses for worry, or a peaceful way to end your weekend, this moment is for you.
As Monday approaches, we anchor ourselves in Joshua 1:9 and Isaiah 41:10, praying for strength, courage, and emotional stability. This is not surface-level faith. This is for sleepless nights, early morning dread, mental burnout, and the pressure of carrying responsibilities that feel too heavy.
We also bring real-life pressures before God—finances, bills, food, fuel, rent, mortgages, and family needs—trusting Him for provision in a world that constantly pushes fear and uncertainty. Instead of living by headlines, stress, or social media pressure, we choose to live by faith.
We close with communion, healing prayer, and powerful Scriptures that call us back to trust God fully, even when tomorrow feels overwhelming.
If this prayer brings you peace, share it with someone who needs it, follow the podcast, and help others find hope through these Sunday night prayers.
What are you asking God to carry for you this week?

Welcome And Philippians 4
SPEAKER_00Good evening, good evening. God bless you wherever you are this evening. Thank you so much for joining us this evening on this Sunday evening, the 19th of uh where are we? April, and it is 18 minutes past nine. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you wherever you are at this moment in time. Thank you for joining us next. As you can see, the candles are gently burning down there. We're gonna jump straight into prayer. We're gonna jump straight to the book of Philippians. We're gonna go to the book of Philippians, and we are in chapter 4, verses 6 and 7. Let's not be anxious about anything, but welcome across the world wherever you are right now. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. It's a privilege to be before each and every one of you right now as we just gather for prayer in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Shall we get straight into prayer? The Bible says, do not be anxious about anything, but the peace of God which guards your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Father, we come to you right now and we pray, Lord, for any anxiety, any worry, any fear, Lord, that it will disperse at the name of Jesus. And Lord, wherever we are listening to the sound of my voice, we pray, dear God, for the love of Jesus Christ. We pray for the Holy Spirit, Lord, that you will just capture us right now. Lord, we believe in miracles. And Lord, wherever we are, Father, whatever the time zone is across the world, we thank you for the love of Jesus Christ, Lord. And as we lean into the word tonight, we lean into the great book of Philippians 4, dear God, and you tell us not to be anxious about anything. So Lord, I pray, dear God, for the listeners across the world that we won't be anxious, we won't be worried, we won't be scared, we won't be fearful, Lord, but night anxiety will go today. Wherever we are, whatever the time zone is, whatever the situation, Lord, we pray for the love of God and the Spirit of God and your goodness and your mercy and your favor and your love, Lord. We just worship the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Lord, as we prepare for a new week, as we prepare, dear God, for the children to go back to school, as we prepare, dear God, for the coming days, the Holy Spirit, I pray for this hour that the Spirit of the living God will carry each and every one of us and wherever we are right now, that we will be just as the book of Philippians 4 says, Do not be anxious about anything. Father, I pray, dear God, that we will leave our baggage at the cross of Calvary. But Lord, it's so difficult sometimes, Lord, just letting go of history. Sometimes, Jesus, it's so difficult just letting go of the present, the worries and the fears and the doubtfulness. And Lord, we just come to the cross right now and we just pray for such an outpouring of your spirit, Lord, that tonight will be a good night, Lord. And Lord, at this hour, Lord, as we lean into the cross, Lord, as we lean into the Word of God at 9.21, Father, we just pray for your love and your grace and your mercy over each and every one of us, that we will feel that saving grace over our lives. And we won't be anxious about anything. Lord, as worry rises, as doubt rises, as fear rises, we pray, Lord, that it will not rise anymore, Lord, that it will be crushed at the name of Jesus. But Lord God, help us, help us, Lord, to deal with the worries and the feelings of being scared, of uncertainty, of doubt. Help us, God, as panic arises, just like a volcano just starts to erupt, Lord, and it becomes uncontrollable, Lord, and it just affects the body, Lord, as it just rips through the body, Lord, the fear, the doubt, the worry, the uncertainty about life. Father, we pray for peace tonight. We pray, dear God, that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, we pray for those, dear God, that are suffering with their mind at this moment. Suffering with their thinking, suffering with, dear God, their thoughts, 50-50, over-engineering life itself, thinking too much about every situation. Lord, we pray for emotional stability tonight. And Lord, that we won't live by our emotions, Lord, but we will be stable, Lord, but we'll live by faith. And we will trust you, Lord. So Lord, as we gather around the Word of God, as we gather around the book of Philippians 4, Father, we pray that we won't be anxious about anything. But the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. And your presence and your love and your mercy will just be revealed to each and every one of us at this hour. As we rest in the Word, dear God, as we just rest at this hour, Lord, on this Sunday evening, Lord, we're tired, we're weary. Lord, it's been a long old day today. It's been a long old weekend. Now, Lord, we're getting ready for the week to start. The children have got to be back to school, we're back at work in the morning, back on the commute run. Whatever life throws at us, Lord. I pray, dear God, for your peace and your saving grace and your love. We'll just carry each and every one of us at this hour. Wherever we are, Lord, we pray for your love and your goodness and your strength just to be over our lives. Holy Spirit, will you help us to be like, Lord God, we're commanded in the great book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9. The Bible says, be strong and courageous. Oh Lord, help us to be strong and courageous. Help us, Lord, to focus, dear God, on courage and new beginning. Help us, dear God, to focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords to be strong and to be courageous, to be of good courage, Lord, and not to allow anxiety to rule our lives, but to go in strength, to go in authority, to go in the love of Jesus Christ, to go in the power of God, to walk in the strength of the Holy Spirit, to walk in your grace and your mercy and your love. So Lord, as we sit, dear God, on the sofa, as we sit on the chair tonight, laying out stretched out across the bed, Lord, with a cup of tea, wherever we are, driving, commuting, listening to the sound of my voice on the other side of the world. Lord, we just lock up together today, Lord. We lock in and we lock up, Father, and we say, Holy Spirit, we pray, dear God, Philippians 4 over our lives, that we won't be anxious about anything. But also, Lord, we pray, Joshua 1 9, that we'll be strong and courageous. And the Lord thy God will be with us wherever we go. That we will find courage, we will find strength, and Lord, that we won't live our lives by being anxious and worried. Lord, that we will live our lives by the strength and the courage of the Word of God. So Lord, as we pray through Joshua, as we pray through the book of Philippians, we come to you, Lord, at this hour. And we pray, Father, that our sleep will be sweet. We pray for those that suffer sleeping, that are not sleeping good, that are not sleeping well. We pray, Father God, that their sleep will be sweet tonight, according to the great book of Psalms. Father, that we will find rest, Lord, that we will get the correct amount of hours of sleep, that we will find, dear God, that our strength and our purpose lies in Jesus Christ. So Lord, those that are really fearful now, right now, Lord, those that are really scared of the night, worried about the night times, worried about the quietness, the stillness, the early hour in the morning, Father, we just pray that you will remove all the worries and the fears. And we will walk in the peace of God. And that peace will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. And we will be strong and courageous, just like Joshua was commanded to be strong. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord God, as we walk forward, as we march further forward in our lives, Lord, as we progress, dear God, as Monday will start to move forward very soon in a few hours, Lord, as the as the morning will come, dear Gods, as quick as lightning, Holy Spirit. I pray, Father, for those that are getting ready for work right now. Those, dear God, that are getting ready for the children for tomorrow, back to school, those, dear God, that are getting everything ready for their work situation, their commute, their life. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring peace to every household tonight. That your saving grace and your mercy, the goodness of the Lord, Father, we believe in healing. And right now, Lord, although we're praying for, dear God, for mental health, Lord, mental health and stability and emotional stability and anxiety and worry and fear, and we're praying to be strong and courageous. Lord, also we're praying for healing. Lord, we need to be healed, dear God. Mental health and worry and fear, those unseen, dear God, areas of life, those areas, dear God, that can't be seen by anybody else, but are so strong in the skin that we walk in. Lord, those areas that nobody knows, they're gone. Lord, we look well on the outside, we're walking well, everything looks okay. But inside our hearts, dear God, are racing. Our minds, dear God, are over-engineering. We're tired, we're wearing ourselves out, thinking, we're exhausted, working things out, and then suddenly, Father, out of nowhere, the panic arises, the doubt arises, the feeling of being scared. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that you will remove all those feelings, dear God. Those feelings, dear God, of agitation, those areas, dear God, that we will feel agitated and unsure about the future. So Lord, help us to come to the cross of Calvary. And when we look at the cross, dear God, on the backdrop, Lord, and when we see the candles just gently burning there, Father, I pray that we will just focus on the cross. Lord, and we will be still and we will know that you are God. And as we lean into the Word of God, Father, I pray as we lean in the Word, Father God, will carry us at this hour, that we will find a place to rest and to be still. And the holy God that we serve, Father God, please remove the anxiety tonight. Remove the fear tonight, remove the doubt, remove the uncertainty. And Lord, we want to be strong. Lord, as we've been praying and looking and meditating on the book of Joshua, Lord, we want to be strong and we want to be courageous. Thank you, Father, that the Lord thy God will be with us wherever we go. Father, as you told Joshua, that you will never leave him nor forsake him. Father, we thank you that that scripture is applying over our lives right now. It is applicable to our lives, our situations. And Lord, we thank you, Lord, that the word is moving in our hearts, Lord. And as we just rest tonight, Lord, as we try and focus, dear God, as we just look at the cross, as we look at that cross right now, Lord, as we see those candles burning there, Father, we asked you, and we pray that the light of the world, Father, will spark up in our heart tonight, that we will feel the love of God and the presence of Jesus Christ and wherever we are situated across the world, from every nation, from every tribe, every color, every language, every cultural understanding, Lord, I pray that you will bring us to the cross of Calvary. And we will find a place to be still and know that you are God. Lord, and our hearts will rest at this hour. Our hearts will just rest right now, Lord, as we try to relax. What a crazy weekend, what a busy life, what a crazy day, Lord, Father God. The world is just pushing so hard against us, Lord. And Lord, we capture social media. Lord, we don't want to live according to social media. We don't want to get caught in the crowd of life. Lord, we want to find the identity of who we are. Lord, we don't want to live according to the cultural ways. We don't want to live according to society. We don't want to live according, dear God, to the press across social media. Lord, we don't want to live according, dear God, to the way of the world. Lord, we don't want to live according to the political drive. Lord, we want to live freely. And you tell us, Lord, that you will know the truth and the truth will set us free. But Lord God, we know you. But we're still walking through the valley of the shadow of death. We're still, dear God, through the valley of Achar. Lord, we're still through Psalm 23. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. Lord, I want to let you into a little secret. Lord, even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we still get fearful, Jesus. Lord, it is still scary down on this earth, Lord. We're just letting you know, Lord, you're sitting in the heavenly realms above, Lord, and we know you're omnipresent. We know you're omnipotent, you're omnipresent, you're in all, you're about all. So, Father, as we walk this earth, as you walk with us, you can see our fear. You can see that we can get scared at certain situations that are rising. And Lord, that word again, fear. So, Father, as we pray through the book of Isaiah 41, verse 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. So, Lord, we come to you right now again and again and again. And we need the divine presence of the Holy Spirit for those that are going through a crisis in their life, for those that are going through a fear drum, for those that are hearing the sound, dear God, of fear being beaten on the drum. Holy Spirit, I pray that we won't listen to the sound of fear and the sound of panic, but Lord, that we'll hear the sound of the Lion of Judah. Lord, that we will walk with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. That Father, we will find a place to rest our heart and our mind and our body and our soul. Lord, that we will find a place, dear God, just to hold on to peace. Lord, will you strengthen us right now? Will you help us, Lord, in the valley of the shadow of death? Will you help us, Lord, as we get ready for work? Lord, life is so fast. Lord, the months are ticking by. The hours and the days are ticking by, Lord. Father, we need the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Lord, we pray, they're gone. For the petrol pump, they're gone. We pray, dear God, that them prices will drop at the name of Jesus. We pray, dear God, that you will put food on the table. That you will feed the children, Lord, that you will heat our homes up. Lord, that we won't worry about the electric and the gas bill. That we won't worry, dear God, that the wages are going nowhere near as far as they should do. But Lord God, that we'll just come to Jesus and say, Father, I thank you that my God shall supply all my needs according to thy riches in glory. And as we rest in the arms of Christ, as we sit on a sofa tonight, maybe driving, maybe flying across the world, maybe just out walking the dogs, maybe just stretched out on the bed, just pondering in the back garden, whatever we may be doing, listening to the sound of my voice. Holy Spirit, I pray for such an outpouring of your love and your mercy over each and every one of us. And as you tell us through the great book of Isaiah 41:10, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, we pray for that help. Lord, we need practical help. Lord, we thank you that all things are possible to those who believe. And we understand, Father God, that there is a requirement of us to believe. But Father, sometimes when fear gets so heavy, Lord, when the worries of life get so strong, Lord, when we look at the bank account, Lord, and we are too frightened to open up the app on the phone and to see what it's going to be saying to us. Lord, you tell us to live by faith. So Lord, we believe that Jesus Christ is the savior of the world. But Lord, we need you practically. We need practical help right now. Lord, we need you to put food in the cupboards. Lord, we need you to help us to pay the gas and the electric. Father, we got to put shoes on the kids' feet. Lord, it's uniform time. Lord, we've got to buy a uniform for the children. Lord, we've got to get to work tomorrow. Lord, I've got to buy another oyster card. Lord, I pray, dear God, for those that are get into town, into London, for those that are going to commute, fill their car up, fill their van up with fuel. Father, we pray right now for those, dear God, that are gotta go shopping tomorrow. We ask you, dear Father, that the Spirit of the Lord will just carry each and every one of us. Father, we pray that you'll help us to pay mortgages, pay the rent, pay the bills. Father, we just ask you, dear God, that you'll help us, dear God, in the area of finances. Lord, that the money will stretch, that it will be okay. So, Lord, I pray that you'll help every one of us, everyone under the sound of my voice, that we won't worry about the pound coin, that we won't worry about the sterling or the dollar or the euro. We won't worry about the currency in the nation where we are, but Lord, that we'll focus on Jesus. And we do what the Hebrew writer said: fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and the perfecter of your faith. I ask you, God, that we'll fix our eyes on the King. That we will fix our eyes on Jesus. Father, that we will rest in your arms, rest, dear God, in the word of God. So tonight, Lord, as we've been praying through Philippians 4, you tell us, do not be anxious about anything. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Father, as we pray over Joshua, as you tell us to be strong and courageous, for the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. Father, we thank you that we are learning to walk by faith, to be strong and to be courageous. And Lord, as we pray over and through Isaiah 41, 10, you tell us not to be fearful, for you are with us. That you will strengthen us and help us. So Lord, we need you to strengthen us and to help us. Father, we thank you for the power of prayer. We thank you that people are praying for us. But Lord, we do need the food in the cupboard. We do need the diesel in the van, Lord. We do need the petrol in the car. Lord, we got to get new shoes for the kids. Father, we got to get new shoes, dear God. And I don't know where the money's gonna come from, Jesus. But Lord, I'm gonna believe, Father God, right now. Lord, we've got to get a new blazer. Lord, we gotta get a new uniform for the children. And Father, will you help us? Dear God, the demands on us, Lord God, the demands on the parents, the grandparents, the demands on humanity. So Lord, I pray right now that we won't listen to the sound of the war cry, that we won't engage, dear God, in what is happening within the world of war. That we won't listen, dear God, to what's happening in the shipping lanes. Lord God, that we won't listen, dear God, to the price of the barrel of oil. And we won't be scared, dear God, when we hear these leaders talking this crazy language that they speak. But Lord, that we'll listen to the word of God and we'll open up the Bible and we'll turn to the great book of Psalms 23. And we will read, dear God, and we will read aloud, and we will read that the Lord is our shepherd. I'm not in want, I lack nothing. So, Father, I thank you that the Lord is our shepherd, we lack nothing. I thank you, Lord, that you're leading us to new pastures, to new beginnings. I thank you, Lord, that the old is gone and the new has come and we are seeing a new destiny, Lord. I thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. And as we stretch out right now to you, Lord, Father, as we come to the cross of Calvary, Lord, we believe in miracles. Holy Spirit, will you move over our lives, Lord? Will you bring us, dear God, to the cross of Calvary? Will you open our hearts and our minds and our bodies and our souls tonight, Lord? Father, will you just reveal yourself practically? Will you just reveal yourself right now in the name of Jesus? Father, reveal yourself to every one of us. Wipe those tears, carry those broken hearts tonight, Lord. Strengthen those that just feel weary and tired. Those, dear God, that are just still going through the power, dear God, of fear and doubt. Father, even though we're praying, even though we are believing, we still feel scared. And Lord, we thank you, dear God, that the Lord is our shepherd. And we ask you right now, Lord, that you will continue to lead us in paths of righteousness. Lord, that you will take us to a land that is flowing with milk and honey. That you will take us to a land that is a land of abundance. Lord, we need to live in abundance. Help us, dear God, to call the things that are not as though they are. Help us to speak over our lives, to speak the law of God, God's law, the word over our lives. Help us to pray, dear God. Prayers that will carry us through. The simple prayer, Lord God, is just help me, Jesus. So Lord, I pray, Lord, when we don't know how to pray, when we're exhausted and we're weary and we're tired, and we can't think of that scripture. And there's a lot of noise on the outside. Families making a noise, kids are making a noise, the world is making a noise. And Lord, all we can just gather in our voice is just help me, Lord. Just help me, Jesus. Jesus, I need your help. Lord, I don't know how to pray because my mind is thinking of the bills. My mind is thinking about I've got to put tires on the van. My mind is thinking that I've got to get an IOT on the vehicle. Lord, my mind is thinking about a meeting that I've got to go into tomorrow. My mind is thinking of many different situations. And Lord, I can't even pray, Lord. Lord, I remember when I used to feel so close to you, Jesus, but now I feel so far away from you, Lord. Lord, Holy Spirit, Lord, what is wrong with me? The Bible says there's nothing wrong with you. God is with you. God is with you. You're closer to God than you've ever been in your life. Don't think about the distance because the more you want Him, the more the mind tells us that we are far away. But you're not. You're grafted into the vine. The Bible tells us in the New Testament that you are grafted into the vine. And nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. See, God grafted you in, He brought you into the kingdom. He loves you unconditionally. And we look at our lives, we we put our lives on the table. And as we look at our lives on the table tonight, we've got so many things on the table. And when we keep looking at the situations on the table, it takes our focus off of Jesus. The Bible says, keep your eyes on the author. The Hebrew writer writes in Hebrews 12. Keep your eyes on Jesus. The author, the perfecter of your faith. Because that's all we got to do is focus on Jesus. Just focus on Jesus. Whatever you are doing right now. Don't worry about getting to church. Don't worry about getting into the ministry. Don't worry about getting into the celebrity church. Don't worry about going where there's the biggest crowds. Don't follow the crowd. Even in church, just don't follow the crowd. You've got to follow Jesus. And sometimes when you follow Jesus on that Sunday morning, he might take you to a field. He might take you to a place and just sitting in the van, just sitting outside on your drive. You might not even make church. Thank God that you haven't even got to get to church to find Jesus. You can sit on your patio. You can sit in your chair at home. And you haven't got to get to church on a Sunday morning. Because the Word of God is everywhere. He is the creator of heaven and earth. And as we pray right now, we're praying that fear is gone, anxious thoughts are gone, that God is our refuge and strength. We're going to be strong and we're going to be courageous. At 9 43 on this Sunday evening on the 19th of April, this is a turnaround. This is the hour where our lives are turning around. This is the moment where we realize that Jesus Christ is calling. Jesus is calling you. As I always say, not to church. Tearing yourself in pieces. He's with you. He's with you in the gym right now. He's with you as you just rest on the bed and you're trying to sleep. God is with you because you're grafted into the vine. And no one can take you out of the plan of the Lord. Because there is a Jeremiah 29, 11 over your life. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. God's got a plan for your life. He wants to take you to the promised land. And Jesus is calling you right now and he's saying, Trust me. Trust me with everything you've got. Trust me. I don't want you to go to church. I don't want you to go to Canterbury Cathedral. I don't want you to go to the largest church in London. I don't want you to go to Elymin Swanley. I want you to follow me. I want you to trust me. I want you just to follow me. Trust me, because there's a plan. I've got a plan for your life. I want to take you to the promised land. I want to take you to a place where there is abundance. Abundant living. When you look at the scripture, Jesus says there is abundant living. And we're living in a time where there's famine across the world. There is a famine across the world. There is a shortage of so much. The governments are holding stuff back. The governments are controlling the oil. It won't be surprising very soon if we even go into a lockdown in regard to electricity and gas. They already control it in certain parts of China. They already control the heating system, they already control so much in China and certain places around the world. But we gotta live in abundant living because that's what the Bible is about. It tells us to live in abundance, even when the land in which we live is in a crisis. God, how do I live in abundance when the nation that I'm in, Jesus, is broke? When the governments are controlling me, how do I live in abundance when I come under a regime of narcissistic controllers? How do I live in abundance, Jesus, when the fuel pump is being controlled? Lord, how do I live in abundance, Jesus? When the interest rate is bouncing up and down, dear God, how do I live in abundance? The Bible says to live by faith, to not look at the commodities of the world, to not look at what the world is doing. See, it's very interesting what's happening in that shipping lane. It's about manipulation and control. When you look at really what's happening in that shipping lane, see what they want is for us to live by fear. Are we gonna get the fuel? Are we gonna get the food? Are the textiles gonna come through? What is gonna happen? But the Bible tells us not to live according to the pattern of the world. So I've got to ask God, Father, will you cut the umbilical cord? Cut that umbilical cord that I have to the way of the world, the way that I live according to the world. See, when I live, Father, when I I realize when I live according to the pattern of the world, I don't live in the fullness that I should be living. So Lord, I need you right now, Lord. And Father, I thank you right now, Lord, that we are living in abundance. And Lord, I thank you that our cupboards are filled up. I thank you, Lord, that the car is filled up with fuel. I thank you, dear God, the children have got no shoes. I thank you, Father God, that my wages are more than enough. I thank you, dear God, that we're cooking. I thank you, Lord, that we can turn the light switch on and we got electric. I thank you, dear God, that we're not gonna look at the commodities around the world. We're not gonna look at the price of the euro, we're not gonna look at the price of the sterling, we're not gonna listen to what they're talking about Bitcoin, we're not gonna listen to about these crazy currencies that they're talking about. Lord, we're not gonna get trapped in the way of social media, the way it tells us to live. But Lord, we're gonna live a life of freedom. And Lord, we're gonna live in abundance, and Lord, just as you took the Israelites, just as you took the Israelites into the promised land, Holy Spirit. I pray, Lord, that you will take each and every one of us into the promised land of God. Sisters and brothers, as we are praying right now, I just want to highlight something very clearly. When we look and talk about the promised land that the Bible speaks about, the promised land where God was taking the Israelites to was filled up with the enemy. It's very interesting. When we think maybe about the promised land, we may be thinking that it's filled up with all holy joes and oh, it's all spiritual and it's all wonderful, and we're dancing around and skipping and singing out kumbaiah, hallelujah, Jesus. See, when you realize the promised land that you live right under the breath of the enemy, because it's not really the enemy's territory. See, the the abundant has to flow. Abundance has to flow. So God took the Israelites into the promised land, into the land of Cana. And when you look, who lived in the land of Cana, He made something very clear to the Israelites. He said, When you go into that land that I have given you, do not live in accordance to the inhabitants of that land. What happened to the Israelites? As soon as they got across the border, hallelujah, Jesus, we're going to live the way the enemy lives. I cannot live according to the way the enemy lives. If I live according to the pattern of the world, I will live a life that is very small and minute. God told them when you go into the promised land, it is flowing with milk and honey. There is blessings right in the face of adversity. There are miracles right in front of the giants of life. There are miracles, there is abundant life right under the nose of Kiosama. There are miracles right in the face of Sadiq Khan. There are miracles, there is abundant living right in the face of adversity. But God says, don't live according to the way of the Canaanites, don't live according to the way of the Jebusites, don't live to the way of the inhabitants of that land. Because really it's your land. So don't live the way they are living. Live according to the instruction of the word of God. So Lord, I pray tonight that we will live according to the instruction of the Word of God. And Father, what do you actually mean, God? Jesus says, just come and follow me. I will take you on an adventure. I will take you on a journey where your life will be in abundance. I will take you to a place of healing. Don't live according to the pattern of the world. That's what the Bible says. Don't live according to the way of the world. So, Father, I pray that I won't live my life in accordance to the way of number 10 Downing Street. But Lord, I'll live my life according to the promises of God. Lord, I thank you, dear God, that there are uncountable promises in the Word. Abundant living. Father, I thank you that we are living in abundance. Lord, the more I look at the fuel pump, the more I engage in the worry of the price of the oil, the more I am living according to number 10 down in streets and the devils around the world. Lord, I don't want to live according to the voice of the devil's Lucifer. I want to listen and I want to live according to the voice of the Lion of Judah. I want to live in abundance. I want to live, dear God, where my life is overflowing with blessing and mercy and power and your love. So Lord, I pray that we will live in accordance with the scripture. And I will realize as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil because you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me. And Lord, I pray, Lord God, that as I study and look at the Canaanites and the Jebishites, Lord, as I look at those Hivates, as I look at those enemies in the Promised Land, I suddenly realize, dear God, that all this stuff is meaningless. And I'm not gonna live by fear, I'm not gonna live in the crisis. The world might be in a crisis, but I'm not gonna live in a crisis anymore. I'm not gonna live in fear. I'm not gonna worry about the shipping lane. I'm not gonna worry about the gas and the oil and the electricity. I'm gonna live in faith. I'm gonna start this week. I'm gonna start right now, whatever the time zone is around the world. I'm gonna live my life by faith. I'm gonna call the things that are not as though they are. Lord, I thank you that our fridges are filled up with food. I thank you, dear God, our cars are running perfectly. I thank you, dear God, that the tires on the car are well. I thank you, dear God, that the car is gonna go through an EMOT tomorrow. I thank you, dear God, that I've got new work on the way. We pray, dear God, for those that are self-employed. I pray, dear God, that they will have abundance of work. I pray for those that work in the ivory towers. I pray for every one of us that has to go to an ivory tower, to a corporate environment. I pray, Lord, that we won't live our lives according to the CEO of that corporation, that we will live our lives in faith and live in abundance. We won't live our lives according, dear God, to the way of that business, but we will live our lives by faith. And we will trust you that our God is making a way. I pray, dear God, that we will understand that Jeremiah 29, 11 is for each and every one of us. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give your hope and to give you a future. Father, we thank you that there is a hope and there is a future, and there is a way forward, and his name is Jesus. And right now, Lord, I thank you. For Romans 8, 28. In all things, God worked for the good of those who love him. Father, we just want to tell you tonight that we love you, that we love you, God, and I'm sorry where I foul you or I'll let you down. Lord, I thank you, dear God, that you are our refuge and you are our strength. A very present help in trouble. And right now, Lord, we just ask you, Lord, that you will prepare our hearts, that you will keep us strong, that the goodness of God will just hold us tight right now. Father, we pray, Lord, for financial strain, that the financial strain will go at the name of Jesus. Holy Spirit, we pray, dear God, that the worry of illness and sickness and disease will go at the name of Jesus. We pray, dear God, that your mercy and your grace, Holy Spirit, we pray, Lord, for these spiritual strongholds to be broken. Father, we ask you that we will fix our eyes on Jesus, on that narrow path. Lord, that we won't look at the broad path, the way to distraction, the way of the world. But Lord, that we'll live our lives by faith, not by anxiety, not by fear, but not by doubt. But Lord, that we will live our lives according to the good book, the greatest book across the world. Father, I ask you tonight, Lord, we're tired and we're weary. Our eyes are closing, the eyelids are heavy. Lord, I pray that we won't worry about our lives. You tell us through the beautiful book of Matthew 11, come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. I pray for those that feel like they've hit burnout. If you feel like you've hit a wall, if you feel like that you've hit a burnt out situation, I pray that God will restore you tonight. Burnt out in the mind, burnt out, exhausted in the spirit, in your body, you're tired, always washing, always cleaning, always looking after people, always taking care of people, working one job, two jobs, working long hours, commuting. I pray that God will sustain you, that God will cover you, and he will lead you in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Father Lord, I pray that we will learn to trust in our Lord Jesus Christ with all of our heart. And Lord, that we won't live according to what the politicians are saying around the world, that we won't live our lives according to what number 10 Downing Street keeps pushing out across the airways. But Lord, that we will live our lives by Jeremiah 29, 11, that God has a plan. So Lord, I pray right now, Lord, as we understand that this evening's starting to move forward extremely quickly. I pray right now, Lord God, that we will live in abundance and we will pause and be still at this moment. And Lord, that we will look at our lives and we will look at the cupboards, we'll look at the fridge, we'll look at the diesel needle, we'll look at the gas bill as we watch that little gas meter tick away. Holy Spirit, we're not going to worry about the financial cost because Lord, our God shall supply. So, Lord, you are a supernatural God, and we need you in our lives practically, and Lord, I pray, just like the Israelites in the Old Testament, Lord, that we go into the promised land, into the promises of God, but we won't live according to the Canaanites, the Jebusites, the Hivites. We won't live according to the enemy. And Lord, help us to realize that the enemy, dear God, is living in the land that you have promised us. Lord, it's upside down, it's inside out. So Lord, I pray right now, I pray especially for the UK. I pray right now, Lord, for this nation that's where I live. I pray for London, I pray, dear God, for the leaders of this nation. And we pray for the leaders and the nation wherever we live across the world. But Lord, I thank you that you are giving us a government, that we have a government that believes in the Word of God. I thank you, dear God, that you are saving Keirstama. Father God, I pray, Lord, and I thank you that you're turning his heart around. I pray, dear God, for every leader, every politician in number 10 Downing Street. Lord, I pray, Lord, that you will save them and give them a hope and a future. And Lord, I pray tonight, Lord, that your love and your mercy will be over this nation. And I thank you, Lord, that this nation is a Christian nation. And Lord, it doesn't belong to Number 10 Downing Street. It doesn't belong to the monarchy, it doesn't belong to any other religion. This nation is a Christian nation. The UK belongs to God. The UK, dear God, is in revival. The UK, dear God, is calling out to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, we're not going to listen to the sound, dear God, of what the world is saying. Lord, I thank you, dear God, that your promises are yes and amen. That the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. And Lord, will you make our path straight tonight? Lord, on this Sunday evening, Lord, I pray, Lord, for strength and mercy. I pray for the goodness of God. Holy Spirit, wherever we are at this hour, help us to be strong and courageous. For the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1 9. Father, we pray. And as we stretch out across the table of life, Lord, will you give us stability? Lord, will you give us stability right now and strengthen this heart, this mind, and this body and this soul. And Lord, we thank you for the great book, the prayers of David, the Psalms of David, Psalm 46. Father, we thank you. God is our refuge and our strength. An ever-present help in trouble. Lord, in the day of crisis, you provide. In the day of worry, you protect. In the day of doubt, Lord God, you keep us stable. Holy Spirit, I pray right now. Lord, as we rest, as we try, dear God, to close our eyes on this day. At this hour, Lord, at this time, Father, at two minutes past ten on Sunday, the 19th of April, Lord, I pray for every listener, everyone under the sound of my voice, that they will hear and see and feel the love of Jesus Christ. Lord, that as we Walk through in a valley of uncertainty, all is well. Lord, as we get ready for bed tonight, all is well. And Lord, we're gonna swap fear for joy. We're gonna swap doubt for goodness. We're gonna swap, dear God, for fear. We're swapping fear out for faith right now. And we live by faith. And we live by the word of God. Holy Spirit, I pray that you'll strengthen each and every one of us. That the joy of the Lord shall be our strength. That we will find courage. That we will find hope. Lord, that we will realize that you are the God of all things. And everything is possible to those who believe. So, Lord, we got to get into this position of believing. Lord, we got to get into this position, dear God, of getting into the promised land, living in abundance. Lord, I thank you that we live in abundance. Lord, I thank you for abundance. Lord, I thank you for the latter-day rain. Holy Spirit, we pray, Lord, that that latter-day rain will fall, that your kingdom will come, that your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And Lord, that we will be men and women that will seek the kingdom of God and thy righteousness. Holy Spirit, wherever we are, take away the loneliness, take away the fear, take away the doubt. And Lord, as we pray together, we thank you, dear God, that we're anxious about nothing. We thank you, Lord, that we are anxious about nothing. And we are speaking to the anxiety tonight. We're speaking to the fear tonight. We're speaking to the doubt tonight. And we're saying, fear go at the name of Jesus. Doubt go at the name of Jesus. Uncertainty go at the name of Jesus. And Lord, we pray for healing. Lord, we pray for every organ in our bodies. We pray for our bones that our bones will be strong. We pray right now, dear God, that our lungs will expand and our lungs will be clear. Lord, I pray as we inhale and as we exhale, I pray, dear God, for every organ in our bodies, that every organ is functioning perfectly in the name of Jesus. I pray for those, dear God, that have got backaches, hips and knees. I pray, dear God, for healing in the name of Jesus. We pray, dear God, for that hidden area of mental health, for the battle of the mind, Jesus. The battle of the mind. I thank you, dear God, that the mind is well. Lord, I thank you that our mind, dear God, is being swept through. That you are sweeping our mind through, that our thinking is stable. And Lord, that we're not just looking and thinking about our thinking of life, but Lord, we are living by faith. And there is a new beginning over our lives. And we got courage and we got strength because our God is with us in all things. And Lord, we're gonna step into the promised land, and we're gonna live in the promises of God, and we're gonna live in the hope and the power and anointing. We're gonna live in the freedom of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. We thank you, Father, we're gonna live in the promises of God. And there is a hope and there is a future. And we know, dear God, in Romans 8.28, that in all things God works for the good of those who love him. And Father, as we gently move across the page of Scripture to Matthew 11, 28. Lord, you call us. Come to me. Jesus is calling you now. The Holy Spirit is calling you right now. Father, Lord, as we get ready to come to the table. Wherever you are, will you join me as we break bread together? As we break bread, we've got about, what should we say, we've got about 11 minutes maybe left of this service. Let's break bread together right now. Grab yourself a bit of bread, grab yourself a bit of grape juice. Come on, I know it's late. I know we're tired, I know we're weary. It's six minutes past ten, but come on, let's press on. Father, in the name of Jesus, over these next 10 minutes, I pray that there'll be a great awakening in our spirit. I pray, dear God, that there'll be a great awakening in our spirit. I pray, Lord, that we will feel healing coming like fresh rain. I pray, dear God, that we will feel, dear God, the anxious thoughts just disappear, melt like wax. I pray, dear God, as we break at a bread and we take at a cup, that we will feel peace and love, favor and anointing, power and mercy. I thank you for redemption, Lord. I thank you, Lord, that we are redeemed, that we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus, that we've been bought with a price, and his name was Jesus. So as we gather across the four corners of the world, as we stretch out right now, Holy Spirit, we're asking God, we're asking you, God, that your grace and your favor will abound in our lives. Where you are, will you join me as we break bread together? Come on. Father, in the name of Jesus, we break bread together right now. Lord, as we sit at home, we sit at a desk at work, we're pondering on the sofa, we're stretched out in bed. Lord, we're tired and we're weary, but Lord, we're gonna break bread together. And Lord, as we break this bread, we thank you that your body was broken. We thank you for the cross of Calvary. We thank you for the power of redemption. We thank you for the power of hope and goodness and mercy. Your love is over our lives. Right now, Lord, we're praying for healing as we break this bread together. We believe that our bodies are healed in the name of Jesus. We believe, Father God, that as we break this bread, you are leading us into paths of righteousness. Father, I thank you for this bread that it symbolizes the body of Christ. And as we take this together now, thank you, Jesus, that all things are possible to those who believe. Steady us, carry us, Lord. But Lord, we need new beginnings. We need new beginnings, Lord. The old is gone, the new has come. Jesus is calling. Jesus is calling you right now. He's calling you. Not to church, not to Eli Swanli. Not to me. He's not calling you to the mega church in London. He's not calling you to Canterbury. He's not calling you to any religion. He's calling you to walk. Walk with him. Come on, follow me. So, Father, bless this bread as we break this bread together right now in the name of Jesus. Amen. Father, we come to you again and again and again, Lord, with heavy hearts, with tired eyes, with weary spirits. And Lord, we gotta get out for work tomorrow. We're gonna get into another rhythm of a week. Jesus, but right now, we take this cup, this cup of redemption, and we say, Holy Spirit, as we lift this cup, as we drink this ribena, a bit of grape juice, whatever it is, Lord, I thank you, Lord, that it is symbolic and it is absolutely powerless within itself. But what it symbolizes, the Lord, what it symbolizes, Father, is the blood of Jesus that was shed at the cross of Calvary. And right now, Lord, will you cleanse us with the crimson tide? The crimson tide of the blood of Jesus. So, Father, we bring our baggage, our tears, our worries, our doubts, we bring ourselves to the cross. And as we look at that cross, dear God, in the backdrop of the camera, Holy Spirit, we're gonna be still and know that you're God. And right now, Jesus, as we take of this cup, cleanse us. Cleanse us, dear God, from the now, the history, and what is gonna be. And Lord, we thank you that we're able to take of the cup, the cup of redemption. Spirit of the living God, I pray, as we have broken bread and we have taken of this cup right now, that your mercies are new every morning. And Lord, on this Sunday evening, as we come to a gentle close in about six minutes' time, I pray that God will carry you through this week, that the Spirit of the Lord will be with you right now in your homes. Remembering the scriptures that we went through, we prayed through Philippians 4. We crossed over to Joshua 1.9 about being strong and courageous. We dipped our toe in the book of Isaiah 41.10. So do not fear, for I am with you, I will strengthen you and help you. We crossed over back to Psalms 46:1. God is our refuge and our strength, a very present help in trouble. Lord, and then we prayed in Jeremiah 29:11, for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Then we moved into Romans 8 28. In all things, God works for the good of those who love him. And then sitting in the backdrop was Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. And then we crossed over. And we're gonna finish on this one. Proverbs 3. Father, I thank you that we're gonna trust in the Lord with all of our heart, and you're gonna make our path straight, Lord. So, Lord, in the closing moments of this prayer time, Father, we pray that there will be breakthrough. Because we're gonna trust in the Lord with all of our heart, as it says in Proverbs 3. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and he will make your path straight. Holy Spirit, Lord, we don't want to live by itself. We don't want to live by the plans of the world. We want to live by the Scripture. And Lord, we want to live in abundance. We want to see that abundant living. We want to see the abundant presence of God in our lives. Spirit of the Living God, I pray for healing over every listener tonight. I pray, dear God, at 14 minutes past 10 on this Sunday evening, the 19th of April, that the love of God will carry each and every one of them through this week. That they will see the abundance of the Scripture, and they will see the power of the miracle work in God. So, Father, I pray that as we pray through Proverbs chapter 3, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and he will make your path straight. Lord, I thank you that you are making our path straight, that there is a way, and his name is Jesus. And Jesus is calling you. Jesus is calling you tonight. He's saying, Come on, come on, follow me. He says, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Spirit of the living God, Father, as we've got two, three minutes left of this service tonight, I pray for abundant living over every listener tonight. I pray for abundant that the abundant rain will fall, that the glory of God will touch lives and hearts at this hour. And Lord, we thank you that we've prayed together for an hour. We thank you, dear God, on this Sunday evening, dear God, on the 19th of April. We've been able to pray and to stand together, to walk together, to hold each other up in the power of prayer. And right now, Lord, I pray that you will take us into the promised land. And Lord, that we will walk in the promises of God. We will walk in the word. Lord, that we will walk in hope and anointing. Father, we pray for breakthrough in every corner, in every area of our lives. Lord, I'm asking, Father, as we stretch out to you right now, that the Spirit of the Lord will carry each and every one of us. Father, Lord, as this prayer meeting comes to a close, Lord, I pray that you will bless everybody under the sound of my voice. And you will strengthen them and carry them through this week. And they will live in abundance. Lord, even though we're living in a land, dear God, that is almost in a lockdown situation to many degrees. Lord, I thank you that we are living in abundance. That we are living in a land that is flowing with milk and honey. And Lord, we're not gonna live according to the rhetoric of this nation in which we live. We're gonna live in accordance to the word of God. And we're gonna live by faith. And we're gonna trust your word over our lives. And we're gonna trust in the Lord with all of our heart. And we're not gonna lean on our own understanding. We're gonna trust our God. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Wherever you are, I just want to say thank you so much for joining us at this hour. And as we disappear in the backdrop of your life, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you and you will live in abundance this week. That the joy of the Lord shall be your strength. Wherever you are, don't ever give up. Jesus Christ is calling you, He's calling you by name. Jesus says, Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Thank you for joining us at this hour. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you through this week in the greatest name, in the most beautiful name in heaven and earth. Jesus is calling you at this hour. Don't ever give up. Listen to the voice of Scripture. God bless you. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you.
