A Sunday Night Prayer For Calm In Uncertain Times

Anxiety can creep in quietly, then suddenly it feels like it is running the whole show. Tonight we slow everything down, open the Bible, and pray for the kind of peace that does not depend on good news, stable headlines, or easy circumstances. From London, England, we begin in Philippians 4:6–7, bringing fear, worry, racing thoughts, and anxious hearts before Jesus, asking God to guard our hearts and minds with a peace that goes beyond human understanding.

We speak honestly about the pressure many people are carrying right now across the UK and beyond. Headlines about viruses, political tension, financial pressure, uncertainty about the future, and the emotional exhaustion that quietly builds through everyday life. As Monday approaches, many are carrying hidden burdens nobody else can see. Tonight we pray for mental health, emotional stability, strength for families, courage for the week ahead, and peace for minds that feel overwhelmed.

Along the way we hold tightly to Isaiah 41:10 and Jeremiah 29:11, reminding ourselves that God has not abandoned His people. Even in unstable times, there is still hope, purpose, direction, and strength available through Christ. We pray for those struggling with panic attacks, fear, loneliness, burnout, discouragement, and exhaustion, asking the Holy Spirit to steady hearts and renew weary minds tonight.

Then we get painfully practical, because faith has to work in real homes, real cupboards, and real bank accounts. We pray for provision during the cost of living crisis, for fuel in the van, food that stretches further than expected, bills that get paid, jobs that remain secure, and freedom from debt and financial fear. We ask God to break cycles of heaviness and monotony, open new doors, and make a way where people currently cannot see one.

We finish with the invitation of Matthew 11:28:
 “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

As we close, we share communion together at home as a simple reminder that Jesus still meets people wherever they are — in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, hospital wards, night shifts, cars, and quiet places where people are trying to hold themselves together.

Good evening, welcome. God bless you wherever you are on the other side of the world. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you tonight. Thank you for joining us for uh this prayer time as we gather around the word, as we gather around scripture for around about just about an hour. We just pray that wherever you are, the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will be with each and every one of you. Thank you to everybody that's on X at this moment on time and everybody that is uh on RB Christian Radio. We're gonna get straight into scripture in just a few moments, and uh we pray that you're okay wherever you are around the world, that the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit just will just be carrying you in the glorious name of Jesus Christ. He is the King of Kings and He is the Lord of Lords, He is the great I am. We're gonna jump straight to the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7, and whatever nation you're in, whatever town you're in, whatever village you're in, whatever place that you sit, I pray that the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will carry you in the greatest name in heaven and earth. There is a lot of things happening around the world. There is a lot of things happening in the UK and whatever nation you live in, wherever you are. We're gonna start in the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7 in just a few moments. But we really need your prayers for everyone that's on the outside of the UK. We really need your prayers here in the UK. We got a lot of things going on uh within the political area, so we really need your prayers. So if you could pray for us, we really would appreciate that. And uh, we pray for you, and uh we wish uh every one of you well that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We're gonna jump, as I just said, right away into the beautiful book of Philippians. We're gonna jump into the book of Philippians uh four verses

six and seven. The Bible says, do not be anxious about anything. Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray that we won't be anxious about anything, but the peace of God and the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will guide us in all of our ways. Lord, we come before you, Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we pray that the Spirit of the Living God, we pray right now, Lord, that your love and your mercy and your grace will just be over each and every one of us wherever we are across this earth. We pray for peace right now. Lord, there is a lot of things happening. Lord, there are things happening all around the world, and we just pray, Lord, that the love of God and the spirit of God, your mercy and your saving grace will just touch our hearts and our minds and our bodies and our souls. Lord, we need restoring. Lord, we need restoring right now in the name of Jesus. Lord, we need your presence in our lives, Holy Spirit. Lord, help us not to be anxious about anything. Help us, dear God, to find that peace, to live in that peace, to walk in that peace, to feel your love and your mercy and your saving grace, that the miracle working power of the Holy Spirit will just bring peace and rest to our hearts and our minds, dear God. You are Jehovah Jairah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. And we just rest in you tonight, Lord. But Father, there is a lot of things happening around the world. And Jesus, we bring our anxiety to you, we bring our fear to you, we bring our doubt to you, Lord. And we pray that the Spirit of the Living God, the power of Jesus, will just move over our heart, our mind, and our body and our soul. Lord, we we rest tonight, Lord, in your goodness. We come to you, dear God. We come to the cross of Calvary. And Lord, we're learning to live by faith. We're trying, dear God, not to be anxious about anything. We're trying, dear God, to live by faith, to trust you in all areas of our lives. But Lord, the world, Father, as we look across the world, dear God, we just pray as we look across the world. We see things happening unfolding, dear God. There's viruses breaking out, there's financial issues breaking out right now, Lord. There's political areas breaking out, Lord, and Father, it's quite scary. So, Lord, we bring our fears before you and we come before the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And we say, Jesus, wherever we are right now, will you bring peace and stability? We need peace and we need stability tonight.

Fears About Viruses And Instability

Lord, we come before the King right now on this Sunday evening at 19 minutes past nine. Father, we just pray for stability. We pray for those that just feel scared about life, those that are frightened about the past, the present, and what might lie ahead. Holy Spirit, we pray, dear God, for those that are caught on that cruise ship, dear God, with that virus. We pray, dear God, for all the medical situations that are happening around the world regarding that virus, that outbreak. Lord, we pray for those that are on that remote island. We pray for miracles. We pray, dear God, that all will be well in the name of Jesus. But Lord, as we're hearing more and more outbreaks of plagues, as we're hearing, dear God, more viruses breaking out. Lord, we pray, Lord God, that there won't be another lockdown. We pray, dear God, that this won't be the start, dear God, of another controlling situation. But we just pray, dear God, that those, dear God, that are caught up in this virus will be healed in the name of Jesus. And you will bring healing and your love and your mercy and your saving grace, Lord, will move very powerfully and very clearly. So Lord, we pray for everybody that's caught up within this virus, this outbreak, Lord, that there will be peace in the name of Jesus, that your love and your mercy and your saving grace, Lord, will just move, dear God, powerfully through this situation. Holy Spirit, we pray for those that are not well tonight, those that are scared, those that are worried, those that are unsure, hearing news, listening to the news channels, capturing social media, we pray, Father, that the presence of God will just bring peace. And as we just reflect on Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7, do not be anxious about anything. Father, help us not to be anxious. Help us not to lean on our own understanding, Lord, and we pray that the peace of God will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. We pray, dear God, for emotional stability tonight. As we capture the news, we pray, Father, that we will find that we are stable, that we're not scared, we're not worried, Lord, that we will find a place of rest. Lord, we pray for mental health tonight for those that are suffering really bad with fear and doubt. Those that are really scared, worried about life, Monday mornings looming, school run, commute run, work life, jumping back on the motorway of life, getting into situations, Lord. I just pray, Lord, that as we lean into the word of God, as we rest in the arms of Jesus, Father, we just pray for peace. We're searching the Father's heart tonight, Lord. We're searching you, Jesus. Father, just come, Holy Spirit, we pray that you will deal with dear God with fears and doubts and worries and uncertainty.

Mental Health And Monday Pressures

Lord, you tell us for the great book of Isaiah 41, verse 10, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you, Father. We need your help. Lord, we need your help and we need your strength for this hour. We're tired and we're weary and we're heavily laden. Lord, there are fears crisscrossing the globe. Lord, there are fears crisscrossing our hearts and our minds, Lord, and we're worried, Father. We're worried about certain things, mortgages and paying rents, diesel, the shipping lanes of life. Lord, we're worried about certain areas, Lord. We're worried, dear God, about the interest rate rising. We're worried, dear God, about the security of jobs and the food situation and the crisis within the shipping lanes. And now, Lord, we're listening to the news channels regarding the virus and the outbreak and everything that goes along, dear God, with the rhythm of life. We just pray for peace. We pray for stability, Lord. We pray, dear God, for divine intervention, that the Spirit of the Lord will carry each and every one of us wherever we are now, that we won't allow fear and doubt. Lord, on this Sunday evening, that we will sleep and our sleep will be sweet. I pray, Father, that you will remove doubt from people's minds, fears and worries. Those, dear God, that are going through sicknesses and diseases, those that are unwell, those that are not well themselves, Lord, in their emotions and their hearts and their body and their physical, that there will be miracles in the name of Jesus. So Lord, we pray for all those that are facing a crisis tonight, those that are facing really difficult situations, those that are going through trials and valleys, those that are scared of life, those that are worried about work tomorrow, that got meetings, the children going to school, the commute run, just the run of life. We pray, dear God, that you will bring peace and stability in the name of Jesus, that we will find rest and hope. Because there's always hope, Lord. We pray for those that are going through bereavement right now, those that have lost family members, we pray that you will bring peace. Those, dear God, that are in hospitals right at this very moment, that are sitting around the bedside with their family and their friends, those that are caring for family members at home, those, dear God, that are waiting around the bedside of a hospice. So Lord, we pray for those, dear God, that have lost family, that are sitting around the bedside tonight, Lord, just waiting and watching the clock just tick away, just waiting for the event to happen. We pray for those that are experiencing bereavement right now, for those that have lost someone today, over the course of the last few days, last few weeks, last few years, whenever it may be, we pray for peace in the name of Jesus. We pray, Father, that hearts will be restored and hearts will smile, and those that are just worried about life, living and breathing, Lord, worried about living and worried about dying, worrying about tonight, worrying about tomorrow. Father, we pray against fear and worry. Lord, that word worry that just seems to buzz around, Lord God, we pray for those that are just trying to find peace in certain circles of life, that you will bring rest and you will bring hope. And the love of God will just strengthen each and every one of us. That we will find a place to rest our hearts and our minds and our bodies, Lord. So whatever is going on, dear God, in the temperature of the world, whatever is going on in the atmosphere, through the political agenda, through health, fears and doubts and worries. I pray, dear God, that we won't allow anxiety to rule our lives. Lord, we bring the anxious thoughts to the cross, and as we look at the screen, we see the cross in the backdrop, we we see the candles,

Freedom Beyond Politics And Religion

and Lord, we just pray that we will find a place to rest our hearts, Lord. Lord, we thank you that we haven't got to go to a church. We thank you, Lord, that we haven't got to go to a building. We thank you, Lord, that we can just sit on the edge of the bed now. Sit on the curbside, sit in the field, just sit up in bed on the sofa, on the chair, Lord, and just say thank you, Jesus. That wherever we are, Lord, we haven't got to get to a building. Because God has already got us, and wherever we are, we thank you, Lord. That the love of God is over our lives, and the Spirit of the Lord is with us. Thank you, Jesus, that we're not caught up in religion. Thank you, Lord, that we're not caught up there, God, in the hypocrisy of religion. Holy Spirit, I thank you that there is freedom in Jesus. And tonight, Lord, wherever we are from this church, across London, across the world, to where everyone is listening to the sound of my voice, I pray for peace over their lives, Lord. For those that are had a good day, for those that have had a bad day, for those, dear God, that are just stressed and worried and fearful and just going through the circles of pain, of bereavement, of being scared and worried, Lord. We're praying for peace tonight, Lord. We're praying, dear God, for emotional stability, that your love and your grace will just be over everyone that is under the sound of my voice. Lord, wherever they are right now, that they will feel the love of God. They will find that they feel safe, that their hearts will smile again, and they will know that Jesus Christ is their Redeemer and the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And you are the great I am. So Lord, we come to you at this hour. Whatever the time zone is in our lives, Father, we just pray that we will feel your love just like the gentle summer rain. Lord, that we will just look up to the heavens, Father, and we will just feel the rain of the love of God. The presence of Jesus just raining down over us. Lord, I thank you that the future, dear God, is okay. I thank you, dear God, there are plans over our lives and all is well. I thank you, dear God, for Jeremiah 29, 11. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans that give you hope and a future. There's always hope. There is a purpose for your life. God is with you. God is healing you. God sees your scars. God sees your thoughts. God knows your pain. God loves you. He sees what you've been through. He's watched you, He's seen you, and He's carried you. He's been with you for every breath, every inhale, every exhale. God has never left you. You are grafted into the olive tree vine. You are grafted into that vine. You're grafted into the olive branch. You're grafted into the Word of God. You're grafted into the love of God. And God has always had you. God has always been for you. God is always. He has and he will. He will keep you safe. God is protecting you tonight. God loves you. God has anointed you. God has carried you. God has gifted you. God has kept you from harm. I know that we go through trials and tribulations and certain areas of life and we think that was a close shave. Do you realize that angels have been deployed over your life? The angels have kept you safe. The angels have been with you when you've been traveling in a car, aircraft, to school, back to school. Do you realize that angels have been deployed over your life? And the Spirit of the Lord is with you. Wherever you are at this moment, the love of Jesus Christ is with you. He loves you. God loves you. And there is a plan and there is a purpose for your life. And God is with you in all things. There is that plan. It looks like. How's it gonna happen, Jesus? How's this gonna work, Lord? Lord, I'm so trapped and so caught up in culture, society, life and work. God is a way maker. He makes a way where there seems to be no way. That's what he does best. When the concrete wall is in front of you, when all the doors are shut, when everyone else is barking at you, and you feel lonely, and you feel scared, and you feel isolated. God has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29, 11, for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give you a hope and a future. There is a purpose, there is a direction, there is a way out. He is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. He is your Savior, He is your Redeemer. Jesus Christ loves you. And it's not about going to church, it's not about getting into church on a Sunday morning. It's a bit about realizing who Jesus is. Who he is, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, right now, as we're just in this gentle prayer rhythm. Father, as we're just gently moving through prayer tonight. Lord, uh the temperature, Lord God, the the atmosphere, the feeling, the bit of the heaviness in the air, the uncertainty in the air at this moment in time, Lord, especially over the UK, Lord, happening in the political arena right now. The uncertainty, the feeling of feeling unsafe, not sure what's going to happen next. Father, we thank you that we're not relying on the political area of life, that we are grafted into that vine. We're grafted into Jesus. And Lord, we come to Christ again and again and again, Lord. And we say, Lord, help us not to listen to the political language of life. Help us not to engage in what is happening, dear God, in in Westminster. Number 10 Downing Street. Help us, Lord, not to allow that to affect our lives. Help us to smile, Lord, and to realize who we are in Christ Jesus. That the love of God is over our hearts and our minds. So Lord, tonight we pray, Lord, for ourselves. We pray that you'll strengthen us. Lord, that we won't allow the world to control us. We won't allow, dear God, society, we won't allow culture, dear God, to dictate to us. That we will find freedom in the Word of God. That we will find freedom in the name of Jesus. So tonight, Lord, we thank you that you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. Lord, we love you. But Lord, sometimes we get scared, Lord. Even though while we're praying right now, Lord, we're praying, Lord, and there are still things in our head, Lord, that still make us quite fearful, even when we're praying, Lord. Lord, even when we're calling the word over our lives, in the back of our minds, Father, we're almost counteracting it by a negative thought, Lord, and what if and maybes and bots and possibilities. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that your favor and your grace will be over our lives. So Lord, help us, dear God, as you have written to us through the great book of Isaiah 41:10. So do not fear fright with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Lord, we need that divine presence tonight. Like that summer rain, as we say, Lord, that summer rain, Lord, after a long, hot, scorching day, Lord, and everything's hot and we're feeling uncomfortable, and then suddenly you just smell that rain just coming through the air. Lord, and we look up, Lord, and we feel that that rain just touching the skin. Lord, and it changes everything. Lord, we pray that heaven will rain down on us today. Heaven will rain down on us, Lord, that we will feel the rain of heaven, the glory of God and your presence and your mercy. Please, Lord, bring your grace. We thank you, Father, that favor is over our lives. That your love is over our lives. But help us not to be fearful, Lord. Help us to walk in grace, to walk in hope, to walk in freedom. Lord, you tell us that you will strengthen us and help us. We need that, Lord. We need your help. We need your saving grace, Lord. Father, we need the grace of God. The Spirit

Gratitude And Daily Bread Provision

of the Lord. The fire of God. Dear God and Heavenly Father. Take away the worry. Take away the feeling of uncertainty. Help us not to focus, dear God, financially. Help us not, dear God, to focus on the wage packet, to focus on the money that we have and what we don't have. Help us, dear God, not to waste our time focusing and counting on what could be. But Lord, to give you praise and say thank you, Father, that you are supplying our daily bread. Give us today this daily bread, Lord. Thank you, Father, that we are fed. Thank you that we got electric, we got water, we got gas, we can flick the switch, the heating's on tonight, Lord, that we're able to jump under a hot shower, do the washing up. The things that we take for granted, thank you, Lord, that we can turn the lights on. Thank you, Lord, that we're able to sit on a sofa. Thank you, Lord, that we got a vehicle. Thank you, dear God, for our health. Thank you, dear God, that you are healing us, that you are blessing us. So, Lord, we count our blessings tonight one by one. And we say thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit, that your love is over us. Help us, dear God, to look at what we got. Help us to count our blessings and to realize we got God. And God has got us. And you see everything we need. You see, dear God, what we got in the fridge and what we don't have in the fridge. You see what we have in the cupboard and what we don't have in the cupboard. Holy Spirit, you see the amount of food we got and what we don't have. So, Father, I thank you that our God shall supply all of our needs according to thy riches in glory. But will you help us to trust in you more, Lord? Father, will you help us, dear God, to live by faith? Help us, dear God. To walk through the book of Proverbs, chapter 3. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understandings. Father, make our pathway straight. Help us, dear God, to make godly, wise decisions. Help us not to react. Help us not, dear God, to react in the way of the world. But to pause and to breathe. And just to say, thank you, Jesus. I count my blessings. Thank you, Lord, that I've got a bed I can lay in tonight. Thank you, Lord, I've got a kettle, I can make a cup of tea. Thank you, dear God, there's a car on the drive. Thank you, Lord, that I can jump on the bus and the train in the morning. Thank you, Jesus, that I can get the children to school. Thank you, Lord, that we've eaten today. Thank you, Lord, that the lights are on. Thank you, dear God, for the blessings. Thank you, dear God, for what we've got at this moment in time. Father, help us to focus on what we've got and what is around us. Help us, dear God, just to focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. That we've got you. But Lord, more importantly, you've got us. You've got us, Lord, wrapped up in your mercy, wrapped up in your grace, wrapped up in your favor, wrapped up in the mercy and the kindness and the wisdom of God. Breaking Monotony With New Beginnings

us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Holy Spirit, Lord, we want to break out. Lord, we want to break out, dear God, of this box that we're in. For those, dear God, that want to break out of the box of monotony, the same route to work, following the satnav day after day, but we know exactly where we're going. Lord, I pray, dear God, for life itself. Father, we pray for change. We pray, dear God, for a new rhythm. We pray for a new walk. We pray, dear God, for a new beginning. We believe in new beginnings. The word is about new beginnings. The word is about hope. That there is a new day starting. The dawn is rising. The sun is rising on a new day. Father, I pray that we won't live like robots. Lord, that we won't become very robotic in what we do, the actions of our lives, and we live in such a small parochial stretch. But Lord, that we will look to the whole world and Father, realize there is such an adventure with Jesus Christ. Help us, dear God, not to get trapped in a commute day after day, year after year, week after week. Lord, just that robotic rhythm. Leave the house at a certain time, pack the car up a certain way, get on the same road, get stuck in the same traffic, park in the same car park space every day. Open the office door, climb up the steps of the ivory tower, and just sit there at the desk. Father, I pray that we will realize there is more to life than the rhythm of what the world says. That there is a hope and there is a future, and all things are possible to those who believe. So, Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will get and step into a greater belief. Lord, that there is significant change in our lives. Lord, that doors are opening, that the river Jordan is being parted, that we are going to the promised land, that your promises are yes and amen. So Father, as we come to the cross of Calvary right now, Lord, as we're hitting the midway point, Father, as we gently move through this Sunday evening, live on this Sunday night at May the 10th at 2141. Spirit of the Living God. Lord, I pray, Father, for everyone that's got to get on the commute tomorrow. I pray for everyone, dear God, that's got to jump on the motorways. Lord, I pray, dear God, for the same drive that we drive every day, the same bus, the same seat. Oh Jesus, I pray that that monotony will break. Holy Spirit, Lord, you have a greater life for us. Lord, there is a way. Lord, there is a new dawn. There is a new beginning. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that we will live our lives by faith. That we won't live our lives by number 10 Downing Street. That we'll give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and we'll give to God what belongs to God. And we will realize that we are men and women of the kingdom of God. And I thank you, Jesus, that Jesus speaks about the kingdom. He speaks about the kingdom of God. He doesn't speak about the church and religion. He says that we're men and women of the kingdom, and all things are possible to those who believe. I pray for those that are dreaming about their own business, that God will open a door and you'll be able to have your own business. That God will make a way. I pray for those that are dreaming and visions of moving, emigrating, new homes, new destinations, that you will keep dreaming and you'll never give up. And God will make a way where there seems to be no way. I pray for those that are holding on for healing tonight. I pray for those that are visualizing that you're walking, that you are running. I pray for those, dear God, that just feel very low in themselves. I just pray that you will lift that feeling of feeling low and down and just weary and just tired. Just can't work things out. We pray, dear God, for miracles tonight. We pray for new jobs, we pray for new beginnings, we pray for new schools for the children, we pray for food in the cupboards. We pray, dear God, that the electric bill has been met, the gas bill has been met. We thank you, dear God, that you are taking us to new pastures. That there is a new pasture. I thank you, Father, that the Lord is my shepherd. He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul. So, Lord, I pray that the shepherd will take us to new pasture tonight. Lord, I pray, Lord, as our eyes are closing. Lord, we're we're tired and we're heavy, Lord, and we're weighed down. Lord, sometimes we don't know how to get this heaviness off. Sometimes, Lord, it's just so heavy, it's exhausting. But Lord, help us to realize that the Lord is our shepherd, that we lack nothing, that you are the King of the Jews, the great I am. So right now, Lord, I pray that we will live by faith. And tonight we will sleep well. Lord, as this evening unfolds, as this Sunday night, dear God, is coming to a close in two and a quarter of hours. I pray, dear God, that your love will carry us through the week ahead. And we will feel the grace of God and the mercy of God. Lift the heaviness. Father, the UK feels very heavy at the moment. It feels like we're walking and working and living in quicksand. Everything is hard work, Lord. Everything, dear God, just feels double hard. Really difficult. Everything, dear God, feels like there's barriers going up everywhere. Lord, everything just feels like it's hostile. Holy Spirit, we pray for freedom. We pray for your grace. And Lord, let us rest in new pastures. Take us, dear God, as the shepherd leads the sheep. Help us to follow the shepherd. Holy Spirit, we're trusting in you. We're not leaning on our own understanding, we're leaning in the word of God. And tonight, Lord, we need the shepherd. We need that shepherd to guide us. We need that shepherd to get a hold of us and to get us through the treacherous territory. Lord, we need that shepherd, that protection of the shepherd right now. Because Lord, we're quite vulnerable. Lord, we're quite vulnerable at the moment. Lord, the world is is very, very thin at this moment, Lord. We're skating on thin ice. There is a lot of things breaking out, Jesus. The virus, the financial stuff, the war stuff, the cost of living crisis, the interest rate, the worrying about jobs. Holy Spirit, please. Please, Jesus, be that shepherd. Be that shepherd to us, Lord, that we see the shepherd so clearly in our lives. We pray for restoration. We pray that you will restore us. We pray, Lord, that you will lead us and carry us and protect us, Father, as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death. And Lord, just like a shepherd protects the sheep, Lord, please protect us from the wolves and the bears and the lions. Holy Spirit, protect us from those situations that are out there. let your blessings be new every morning. Let the Spirit of the Lord just carry each and every one of us wherever we are. We pray for those, dear God, that are self-employed tonight. We pray for those that are employed. We pray for those that are retiring, that are retired. We just ask you, dear God, that you'll help us financially. Lord, that you will make a way, Lord, in that financial wall. Lord, we pray for anyone, dear God, that is getting or got into debt. We pray, dear God, for those that are worried about the debt they're in. Lord, that the trappings of money. We pray, dear God, that you will break the trappings of financial debt tonight. Lord, that you will find a way. Lord, that you will find a way, dear God, to get us through. And Lord, there is a way. And you have that way because you are the way. So Lord, as we come to you right now, Lord, with money worries, with health issues, family problems, work situations, political things that are going on, the virus that's breaking out. Holy Spirit, please lead us. Be that shepherd. Lead us tonight, God. Lord, we need healing. We pray for families tonight that are worried about life. Individuals that are worried about life, Lord. Carry us through this day. Carry us through this hour. Holy Spirit, Lord, we need you in our lives. Father, we realize that our God is our refuge and strength. A very present help in trouble. The psalmist writes in Psalm 46, verse 1. God is our refuge and strength. An ever-present help in trouble. Father, we need you because there is a crisis breaking out. Lord, there is a virus breaking out. Lord, and we're hearing it across the news channels. We're watching it on the socials. Lord, Holy Spirit, Lord, we're hearing stuff that we don't want to hear. Lord, life is hard enough as it is, let alone without another lockdown, let alone without another plague coming to the shore of the UK or across wherever we are. We pray for those that are carrying that virus that they will be healed. We pray, dear God, that it won't spread at the name of Jesus, that it will be locked down and it will go. So, Father, we pray that that virus won't spread at the name of Jesus. Lord God, we just pray for what we're hearing out from the World Health Organization. Holy Spirit, how can we trust them? How can we trust what they're saying, Lord? How can we trust that one world government? How can we trust their God, what they're saying? We can't, Lord. We've got to listen to you. So, Lord, we pray right now for many areas of life. We pray for those that are getting ready for work tomorrow. Those that are getting the van ready, those that are getting their food ready, those that are getting the children's life ready for tomorrow, ironing and washing and cleaning, just tidying up after a crazy weekend. Holy Spirit, will you be practically in our lives? Father, we need practical help now. Father, Lord, we're we're praying. We're resting, we're just listening to the sound of my voice. And Lord, we need our God to show up practically. Lord, we've got to put diesel in the van and we've only got a score in our pocket. But I've got to get to work all week. Lord, I'm waiting for some money to come through. And they said they were gonna pay me, Lord, and it hasn't landed in the bank yet, Jesus. I've got to put petrol in the car. Lord, I've got to get to school tomorrow, Lord, and Lord, I've got to get to work. Father, please provide. Lord, please, God, I pray for those, dear God, that open their cupboards tonight, that are looking at the food in the cupboard and thinking, how am I gonna feed the children all week? Holy Spirit, how am I gonna feed these children in this house? Please, God, I pray that you will fill cupboards up tonight with food. That the food that's in the cupboards, Lord, will stretch and move forward. Lord, I pray for the loaves and the fish. I pray for the multiplication of what we have. I pray, dear God, that that score in my pocket will fill the van up over and over and over again. That you will stretch the diesel. Holy Spirit, that the diesel will get me to work, to get me on site tomorrow, Lord, that I'll be able to do that job. I pray, dear God, that that money, that just that little bit of money I got, Lord, when I go shopping tomorrow, Lord, it will buy an abundance of food. Because you are a God of miracles. And Lord, I pray, Father, we've got to get the children some new shoes and clothes, Lord. Father, we're noticing that the rent's going up. Lord, we're noticing that the mortgage is going up. Lord, uh the council tax, Lord, is rising. Lord, I pray, Father God, as as life increases, I pray, dear God, that we will live in abundance. So Lord, we're not gonna look at what we got in our pocket, we're gonna look at what our God can do. Because all things are possible to those who believe. And right now, our God is our refuge and our strength. An ever-present help in trouble. So Lord, we're gonna get to work all week. The van is gonna keep running all week, the car is gonna keep running. Lord, I'm gonna be able to turn the cooker on and cook proper food, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Lord, we got gas, we got electric. The house is warm, the children have got clothes. We're living in abundance. Lord, we want to call the things that are not as though they are, and we want to call on the promises of God tonight. And Lord, we are living in abundance. Lord, we thank you, Lord, that the abundant love of God is flowing, that there is a hope and there is a future and there is a way, and his name is Jesus. Spirit of the living God, we pray for a breakout, that the promises of God will break out, that the mercies of God will fall like rain. Lord, that we will live in abundance. We're not relying, dear God, on policies that come out of Europe, we're relying on Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will give us a government, Lord, that will lead us in the gospel of hope. Lord, I pray, Lord, as we are watching the changing of the guard right now, I pray, dear God, the next leader in number 10 Downing Street will be a Christian, will stand on the word of God, that will lead us in paths of righteousness. I pray, dear God, for Parliament tonight. I pray, Lord, that you will breathe over Parliament and Parliament will know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. So Lord, I am asking you, God, as we lean back into the book of Philippians 4, you tell us not to be anxious about anything. Remove anxiety tonight. Remove those panic attacks that rise out of nowhere, that panic that just suddenly changes our vision and our focus. Lord, I pray that you'll remove the panic and the fear. Lord, that we won't get caught on social media, we won't get caught in the news channels, we won't get caught, dear God, by the political language, but Lord, that we will listen to the rhythm of heaven and we will know that our Redeemer lives and because he lives, we can face tomorrow. So Lord, right now we're healed. Right now, Lord, we are healed in the name of Jesus. Father, we thank you, dear God, those wounds that are wide open are closing. Lord, you're closing the wounds of pain, of broken relationships. Lord, of hurts, of abuse. Lord, you're closing the wounds tonight, Jesus. Lord, that wound, dear God, is being closed. Father, we pray, Lord, that those scars that we see, those scars, those historical scars, that we won't see them no more. Lord, we don't want to see the scars of what was. So Lord, heal that skin where those scars are. Holy Spirit, we don't want to look at those scars and be reminded of what was. Lord, I pray for healing that wounds will be healed tonight. Scars will arise at the name of Jesus, be gone. Lord, that we won't be kept reminded by history, historical events. But Lord, that we'll look to Jesus Christ, the author and the perfecter of our faith. So Lord, I believe in healing. I believe right now people are being healed across the world. I believe, dear God, your healingness of mental health. Your healing us, dear God, organs are being healed in bodies tonight. Thank you, Lord, that sickness is going at the name of Jesus. Fear is going, mental health is going, fear is going, panic is going, and freedom. Father, I thank you that we're able to walk and muscles are strong. I thank you, dear God, bones are being healed today. Right now, Lord, backs are being straightened, joints are being healed. Father, we thank you for every bone structure in our body. Lord, we pray for healing over bones tonight. Muscle disorders to be healed at the name of Jesus. Internal organs healed at the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, hearts to be beating right tonight. Father, we pray for blood disease to go at the name of Jesus. And Lord, we pray for mental health to go. That the rhythm of God will carry us. And the Spirit of the Living God will lift us right now. Father, I just pray for every listener across the world that your love and your mercy and your saving grace will carry them. Lord, as we look at the news channels, as we look at social media, Lord, we won't get wrapped up in the news of the virus, the outbreak of the virus. Lord, we won't allow dear God to be controlled and manipulated by the news. Lord, that we'll walk in freedom in the name of Jesus. Because we know the truth, and the truth will set us free. And we know Jesus. And Jesus knows you. Jesus loves you. And Romans 8:28 is over your life. In all things, God works for the good of those who love Him. God loves you. God loves you. No one can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Nothing can ever separate you from that love. Nothing can ever stop the love of God. So wherever you are tonight across this earth, God loves you. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. There is freedom in your life. And Jesus is calling you. Jesus is calling you to live by faith. He's saying, Trust me. Trust me tonight. I will get you through the week. I know you got a bad day tomorrow. I know you're worried about tomorrow. I'm going to get you through tomorrow. I know you're worried about your health. I will show you. I'm walking with you. God sees that you've got a doctor's appointment, hospital appointment tomorrow. And God says, Don't worry. I'm your healer. God sees that you're worried about the bank situation. God is saying, Don't worry. I'm Jehovah Jireh. I'm your provider. God sees you're stressing and worried, and you're holding so much stuff in that you're not telling your family what you're worrying about. And God says, I'm going to carry your burdens. I can see what you're worrying. I can see it. And I'm calling you to Matthew 11, 28. Jesus is saying, Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. God can see the burdens that you're hiding from your family. God can see the worries that you're keeping away from people in your life. God knows you are weighed down. He knows you're stressed. And he's saying, Come to me. Sitting on the sofa now. Just close your eyes and just call on the name of Jesus. In the van or the car, as you drive, just call on the name of Jesus right now. As you're having a cup of tea, a cup of coffee, laying in bed, sitting on the edge of the sofa, wherever you are at crisscross in the world. Call on the name of Jesus. Jesus is calling you. He knows your worries. He knows your fears. He knows your doubts. He knows you're worrying about finances and you're holding it all in. He's wiping your tears. He's carrying your pain. He knows you're going through bereavement. He knows you're frustrated over life. He's gonna make a way. He is that Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shalom, the Lion of Judah, the great I am, the great provider. And he's saying, Trust me tonight. Trust me. Let go of the steering wheel of life. But Lord, I'm driving, Lord, this life, Lord, my life is like a hundred miles an hour. And I can't take my foot off the accelerator. I can't slow down, Lord, because I've got too many

things going on. Jesus is going, take your hand off the wheel. I want to drive the vehicle. I'm going to drive your life. You can be the passenger, but Lord, Lord, you don't realize Jesus. What I got to do tomorrow. I know what you got to do. I've provided a way out. Just let me take control of your life. Jesus is just saying to every one of us, myself, let go of the steering wheel of life. Surrender. Trust me. He's calling, Jesus is calling in Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, I will give you rest. Lord, I'm on the motorway, Lord, and I'm driving at 100 miles an hour and I can't stop. Life is so fast and furious, Lord. I've got bills to pay, I've got kids to look after, I've got mortgages, I've got a business to run, Lord. And you're asking me to let go. The Bible says, seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and everything else shall be added unto thee. Take your hands off the steering wheel of life and look at Jesus. Grab yourself a Bible. Grab yourself a Bible and open up to Matthew 11:28. Matthew 11 28. Matthew 11 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. God will give you rest. Spiritual rest. He knows. You feel exhausted, he knows you're almost hitting burnout that the lamp isn't burning as bright as it should burn. But you can't tell no one, you can't let anyone know that you're feeling run down and weary because you're holding the family together, you're holding life together. God knows. Father, I pray as we break bread together, we take in the cup. Father, we thank you that we're able to break bread together at home right now. I thank you, Lord, that all the churches are shut. And Lord, I'm sitting indoors on my sofa. Lord, I'm sitting in my transit van out on the drive, and I'm gonna break bread in the name of Jesus. Lord, I'm sitting on the patio outside. Thank you, Jesus, that the churches are shut in the UK at this hour. Thank you, Lord, that I can take bread at home. That I can sit around the table with my friends, my family, or I can be on my own. Thank you, Lord. I'm sitting in my own front room and I'm able to break bread and take at a cup. Thank you, Lord, that I'm actually laying in bed. I've got to sit up so I can take at a cup. Lord, I'm sitting in bed and I'm gonna break bread right now because I'm locked into the vine and I belong to the kingdom. And right now, there are many of us sitting on sofas, sitting in bed, sitting in the van, traveling, just breaking bread together right now, and the church is closed in the UK. Thank God the church is closed at seven minutes past ten. But I'm gonna break bread at home. I'm just gonna sit on the patio, sit on the doorstep, sit on the sofa, and I've even got the teleon flickering in the background, and I'm gonna break bread in the name of Jesus. I thank you, Jesus, that I can break bread at home, that I can take it with my family, with my friends, or I can just do it on my own. Lord, I thank you for this. So that brothers and sisters, wherever you are right now, Lord, I thank you that I'm able. And I hold this bread right now. I thank you, dear God, that you are holding us. Dear God, in the name of Jesus, Holy Spirit, we break bread and we recognize that Jesus Christ is Lord. And we're at home and we're not in church. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, that we're at home. Thank you, Jesus. So bless this bread that symbolizes the body of Christ. Lord, and as we take this bread, we recognize that this is just bread in itself. And Lord, also once we've taken the bread and we've got the cup, Father, thank you for this cup that symbolizes the blood of Jesus. Sitting on my sofa now, Lord. And I'm not having to wait for a pastor to deliver it out. I'm not having to wait for the bishop, dear God, to tell me to come down the front. Lord, I'm sitting at home breaking bread. Because, Lord, it's not a religious activity, it's a command from God. It's a command from God through Jesus Christ. Jesus says, as often as you gather together, guess what? We're gathering together. We're not with each other physically, but we're joined and we're grafted into the vine. We're all over the world breaking bread together right now. We're all over the world breaking bread together. And we're not in church. I love that. I thank you, Jesus, that I'm on my sofa. I'm sitting up in bed right now. I'm on the patio. Lord, I'm sitting in my transit. I'm just gonna go and sit in my transit and do it because I can do it in the transit. So I'm gonna give it large in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. I haven't got to be in church. Lord, talk about freedom. At last we got freedom. So, Father, I thank you for this bread. I thank you for this cup. And as we break bread together across the world, there is freedom in the beautiful name of Jesus, and we acknowledge the name of Jesus. Father, thank you for the bread and thank you for the cup of redemption. Sisters and brothers, we are redeemed. You have redemption. You are redeemed and you are blessed and highly favored. You are wonderfully and fearfully made. God is with you in your life. The love of Jesus is over your heart, your mind, your body, your soul. Jesus Christ is with you.
